This is a beautiful villa located in the exclusive and prestigious Palmilla Community. Within that community you will find a secluded and gated area known as Villas De Montana. It is here, that you will find a villa with spectacular ocean and mountain views known as Casa Miguel.

This gorgeous villa has two master suites, each with a balcony and ocean view from the beds and huge master bathrooms. The family room consists of a large and comfortable couch that pulls out into a bed and also lounge chase. You will find a large flat-screen TV with digital surround sound. The surround sounds also has ipod/MP3 capabilities as well as CD/DVD and tuner options.

A large balcony has panoramic views of the ocean and mountains, and also contains a table with 4 chairs and two lounge chairs with pads. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, oven/stove, refrigerator, all silverware and blender. Finally, the ability to pack light is possible with this villa because there is a washer and dryer found on the premises. There is a community pool shared by the 14 villas plus guest can access the Palmilla Dunes Club, included with the rental. Don't be fooled, this property has it all and is truly one-of-a-kind!!

If you love fishing you are walking distance to Playa Palmilla beach with fishing boats leaving everyday!

If you love activities we have a kayak, snorkeling gear - you can walk across the street and kayak and snorkle
-- or drive 15 minutes to two of the best snorkeling beaches in Cabo - Playa Santa Maria or Chileno Bay!

If you want to relax just pack a few things and walk down to the beach (5 minutes) and sit back and enjoy!

Our stay at the villa in Los Cabos was absolutely incredible! The breathtaking views, wonderful amenities, and attentive service made our vacation unforgettable; we especially loved the close proximity to the beach and nearby shoppes. Even better than expected!

We had high expectations and were met with a home that was even better than the pictures and wonderful service. The use of the golf cart and access to all of the Palmilla amenities including dining options at One & Only was enough to make us want to come back. Very lovely, restful, and easy trip with top-notch hospitality (the concierge services were an absolute TREAT).

The condo was beautiful and the view was gorgeous. The trip to the beach was easy with the golf cart. Our only negative remark would be the dish box was very out dated and needs to be replaced. Ulises was wonderful!!!!

Another amazing stay!

This was our third summer staying at what our family affectionately now calls "our condo." It really does feel like home coming back. It's so beautiful and comfortable. It's the perfect location and so relaxing. We love going from the beach to the community pool to Palmilla Dunes. The restaurants are so fun to drive to on the golf cart and the area is just gorgeous. We love Palmilla and our time at Villas de Montana.

Great spot in Palmiila!

We had a great stay here. The communication throughout was great. The property was very clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. The use of the golf cart, and access to the Palmilla Dunes club was really helpful as we spent a lot of time at the gym and pool. The place had all the little things needed for convenience and would be great for a family with kids as well. Will definitely come back!!

Second stay in Stefanie’s great townhouse!

This was our second stay here. All the things that made the property great, location, access to Club, use of the golf cart, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and laundry and views were all the same as we remembered. Stefanie and her property manager Eduardo are always responsive and make check in and out a breeze. We did let them know the primary shower needed some repairs and the garage door was persnickety but those issues did not adversely affect our stay. One of Cabo’s best deals. Highly recommended.

So good to be back!

This property is perfect for relaxing, and has easy access to a swimmable beach, a small pool within a few steps of the front door, a fantastic club with every possible amenity, grocery stores and fun shopping. The owners are wonderful to deal with, as is the property management company. After three stays here, we can safely say that this is a home away from home, and a place we look forward to returning to again and again.

It was great!

In general it was great, however,I slept in one of the guess-bedroom because of health issues, there were several long hairs on the blanket, also in one of the vanity first drawers had a small bunch of long hair that I picked up and threw away but made me eeuu!, the bed's comforters need to be replace in my opinion. Other than that, the grounds are phenomenal, the house has EVERYTHING!, I mean everything, super spacious, very comfortable, TV's with all you can watch here in the states. The fact that we had access to the golf car was so helpful and awesome, we were able to go to the club and use their facilities there. The Palmilla area has an exclusive shopping center and restaurants, some of them great, Cream Cafe restaurant not great at all. :) One of the things is that the palms outside of the house will soon cover the ocean's view, not sure how that's going to be in the near future. KITCHEN HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED!, it was so awesome I was able to cook my super foods with everything so handy. I really enjoyed this trip and I definitely considered going backI hope this was helpful. Thank you.

a great location, great view, great amenities. Stayed 3 weeks and doing the same next year. A sound bar for the LR TV would be nice. Golf cart and club access fabulous. The property is a little old (so am I) but in great shape. It's not clear (to me) but the pool shown is private and belongs to the downstairs folks. But you get access to the little community pool and the giant club pool, tennis, pickle and gym. Go for it!
