Our home has been recently renovated!

Our home is great for a big family adventure or romantic getaway. The home has been renovated and updated throughout. Large backyard space for dining, relaxing and playing. Wonderful green space for sun and a wood deck under a huge Magnolia Tree for shade. This home welcomes you with its light and airy decor, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. An easy walk to the beach,SUPER RAD REC PARK, grocery, shops, bars, restaurants and more!Easy to access: Mayo, JTB, Mayport, PonteVedra, and Seawalk Pavilion. We have four bedrooms and two bathrooms, large backyard space with outdoor furniture, grill, outdoor shower, basketball hoop, outdoor dining table and a deck with a picnic table and lounge chairs. Perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway or an extended stay!

Washer, dryer. Water softener system and Reverse Osmosis drinking water dispenser at sink. Driveway easily fits 6 full size vehicles and large trailers (boats!).

Fire stick & WiFi included.

Beautiful Beach home with a great layout, welcoming and fun atmosphere!

This property is a lovely place to relax, hang out and celebrate. But, please know that any gathering is limited to 15 people. We do not allow large parties, inflatable slides/bounce castles, water slides or pools. If unsure, please ask.

Great place for friends & family!

This place is awesome - great backyard, comfy beds and excellent location. Pictures donā€™t do it justiceā€¦even nicer in person. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

2 Year Old Birthday Party

We rented this place since they advertised suitable for larger gatherings. It didnā€™t disappoint. Huge back yard with plenty of shade. Inside has 2 separate living rooms for interior gatherings. Kitchen did its job! Huge driveway and street parking. I would rent again! They also let us in early which was awesome! Thank you!

Jacksonville Beach Stay Done Right

This property was everything described - lovely, clean, plenty spacious for our party of 2 families / 8 people. It was well stocked with towels, linens, board games and toys for the kids, beach equipment, kitchen items, etc. The location was extremely convenient for driving back and forth from downtown Jacksonville, and the beach was just a minute away. Only a couple blocks away from the amazing city park! We would stay here again without a doubt!

Felt like home

This house was absolutely perfect for our family trip. Plenty of space, had everything we needed and the back yard was literally so amazing! Everything in the house was super clean, updated and comfortable. Truly felt like I was back home at my childhood beach house. Would 110% stay here again and canā€™t wait till that time arises. Lindsay was so quick to respond to any questions and the check in and check out was super easy. Location of the house was central and close to everything we could have wanted and more. Thanks for sharing your amazing home with us!

Wonderful house

Our adult family of 6 stayed here for a weekend to watch our son's lacrosse game at JU. Great location as far as close to many restaurants, stores etc. Easy check-in. The house was very clean and it is decorated very well. We needed to reach Lindsay to ask a question about the TV and she responded immediately and was super helpful. We would definitely recommend this house.

Fantastic home close to the beach

The home is well stocked and very spacious. Our 2 year old loved the beautiful back yard and my husband was able to work under the gorgeous magnolia tree. It is walking distance to many shops and the beach. Highly recommend!

My 2 small kids and I stayed at the VRBO for 2 weeks and the home was very clean, the backyard is very private and the bathrooms and kitchen are beautiful. Super attentive host and I highly recommend

Better than advertised!

This house was much larger and nicer than we had excepted! New bathroom and kitchen features and great water pressure. Back yard was perfect to hangout in and location was great! Would stay here again.

Generous Host, Perfect Stay!

We stayed for 2 months while being treated at Mayo Clinic. Lindsay was an incredible host!! She was so flexible with her cancellation policy to accommodate our uncertain arrival day. It was beyond nice of her! During the stay she checked in periodically, scheduled a housekeeper and maintenance around our schedule, and even sent an outdoor bug treatment service to make our stay better. She could not have been kinder and more helpful! The property was a great fit. 10 minute drive to Mayo for us and a 5 min drive to the beach for our babysitters. Plenty of room for myself and my husband, our toddler, and our family who was there to watch our kid while we had appts. The living room has doors to separate it so we could enjoy family time after she went to sleep. Beds were comfortable and the recent renovation in the master was lovely. Conveniences like a crib, booster seat, beach chairs and toys, and kids toys were so appreciated. Super close to an epic playground that our daughter loved and we walked to daily. Kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. The backyard was fabulous! Big and shaded. We even had a 2nd birthday party for our daughter out there complete with mini pool, bubbles and outdoor games, all already there! Definitely recommend staying here and working with Lindsay anytime. We are so grateful for her and this place during a tough family time!

Perfect house

My husband and I traveled to the area with our son, his wife and 2 children to visit our other son and his family who live in the area. This was the perfect house for us! Everyone had his own area. Four bedrooms, 2 with king size beds, nice large couch in the family room to watch TV, extra-large backyard with a picnic table and a shed filled with toys ( the darts were a big hit). Super clean, renovated kitchen and bathrooms, very large master bedroom with TV, comfortable beds, tons of towels, beach towels. We didn't eat in but should you wish to cook, the kitchen has everything you need! Lindsey our host was very helpful and responded to all my questions. Highly recommend this home! We hope to stay there again very soon!

Great Stay

A group of 7 of us had a great stay here. The place easily accommodated everyone sleep wise, and was nice a cozy. We traveled for the Fl/Ga game so did not get to enjoy the backyard as much as we would've like, but the place is beautiful and would definitely stay here again. Beach is walking distance/short drive away, and the the Jacksonville Beach bars are a quick uber drive. Highly recommend for families, group vacation, or Fl/Ga weekend.

Perfect home!

My two friends and I stayed here for 6 weeks while in residency at JU. It was the perfect 'home feeling' house to come back to each evening. The area is wonderful. Quiet street. Many restaurants, grocery stores, and other shopping close by. I enjoyed the short walk to the beach, however, there is a public parking lot near by as well. The house is lovely. Comfortable beds, great newly renovated bathroom, high powered AC for those hot Florida days :) Since we were there for 6 weeks Lindsay scheduled someone to come clean after a few weeks. It was such a nice and thoughtful act and much appreciated. Lindsay was also very easy to reach and checked in from time to time to make sure everything was going well. We highly recommend staying here and even told other friends in the same grad program about this place to book next summer.

Felt like home

Awesome place for a family gathering on a family wedding weekend. Cute nautical house with all of the comforts of home. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor living space for 3 couples. It was a nice surprise to find items that arenā€™t usually in other rental homes, like condiments and spices. Great backyard for a grilled steak dinner! Great location - within walking distance of the wedding and the beach.
