The apartment has a large balcony and is very spacious with its approximately 74 square meters of living space. The balcony to enter from the living room faces south and invites you to linger in the sunshine. The fine sandy beach is only about 800 m and only 500 m to the center. The bus stop of Rasender Roland can be reached in just 4 minutes, as well as in 3 minutes the bus stop of the bus. Several restaurants and shops are located in the vicinity. In bad weather, the adventure bath Inselparadies, just around the corner for swimming and relax!

The bright and friendly furnished about 74 square meters large Non smoking apartment is located in the attic of the apartment house Baabe in Seepark Sellin. The apartment is perfect for 2 to 4 people. A toddler in travel cot (including with additional mattress) can be considered 5. Person to be bedded.  From the entrance area of the apartment you can access all individual rooms independently. The spacious living / dining and cooking area is the hub for the whole family. Here you will find a large modern corner couch, 1 armchair, LCD TV, DVD player and a stereo. An electric fireplace completes the cosiness. The combined living area is followed by a large dining table with 5 dining chairs and an open kitchen area. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a 4-zone ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, sink, microwave, fridge freezer and various kitchen utensils. From the combined living / dining area leads directly onto the large seating balcony and can in good weather, the sun (balcony facing south). The 1. Bedroom has a double bed (1,80m x 2,00m), bedside tables, valet and a wardrobe. Here is the size of the possibility to set up a travel cot. The 2. Bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (0,90mx2,00m), bedside tables and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath with shower spray, hair dryer, sink and a washing machine that is included for your use.  A sink and a toilet are in the separate bathroom. For our younger guests 1x travel cot + additional mattress and 1x highchair is available. Even on vacation you do not need to do without an Internet connection (WLAN) in the apartment. This is included for you !!! An underground car park No. 431/68 (entrance height of the underground car park 2.00 m) for a car is available for you. Just 50 meters away is the Wasserwelt Inselparadies, where you can pamper yourself in bad weather. Pets are not allowed. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
