Ground floor: Living room 20 sqm and with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 10 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. Kitchen 7 sqm and with gas stove (2 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom 6 sqm and with with shower, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom 10 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 11 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at sleeping accommodation. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom 8 sqm and with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.

Poreč. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. No youth groups are welcome! Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
