Beautiful large stone house with pool and garden, near Porec and the sea

The stylish villa with garden and private pool is located near the sea and various beautiful beaches. The traditional stone house has been extensively modernized and tastefully decorated.
The villa is suitable for 2 to 8 people and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living-dining area, a covered terrace and a well-kept garden with a private pool (5 x 3 meters).
On the ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining area and the spacious living room with sofas, satellite TV with German and international channels and DVD player. On this floor is also a modern bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the first floor are a modern bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, a spacious bedroom with king size double bed and a smaller bedroom with two single beds.
On the second floor there are 2 further bedrooms, one with a king size double bed and one with 2 single beds.
Due to the good distribution of the bedrooms in two floors, the house is also ideally suited for both 2 to 4 people, as well as for large families of up to 8 people or a holiday shared by two families. The house is child-friendly: cot, staircase, buggy and highchair are available. Pets are possible after consultation.

Shutters and air conditioning ensure a comfortable room temperature in the hot summer months. For colder days in spring, autumn and winter, all rooms have heaters.

Behind the house is the fully fenced garden with pool, covered terrace and barbecue grill. In the evening, the outdoor lighting creates an atmospheric atmosphere.
Opposite the villa is a spacious, private olive garden. There, the children can let off steam while the adults enjoy the beautiful sun terrace.
There are two private parking spaces in front of the house.

WiFi is included in the price, as well as towels, bed linen and final cleaning. Included are all utilities such as electricity, water and pool.

Deposit 300 euros in cash, repayment on departure.

The villa is surrounded by traditional stone houses, in the quiet village of Stifanici. Within walking distance are a good restaurant (10-15 minutes) and a public sports field with tennis and basketball court (3 minutes) and a playground (1 minute).

The beaches around Porec are about 15 minutes drive away. Daily necessities can be obtained in 5 minutes by car from Sveti Lovreč. Large supermarkets (Kaufland, Plodine, Lidl) and other shops can be found in Porec.

The villa is ideal as a base for excursions on the peninsula of Istria. The port city of Porec with the Euphrasian Basilica is just 15 minutes away, the picturesque Rovinj can be reached in 30 minutes and Pula with the amphitheater in 40 minutes. Other interesting coastal towns are Novigrad (30 minutes) and Vrsar (20 minutes).
Arrival: it is best to arrive via Pula airport, which is 30 minutes away. Other options include the airport Rijeka (1.5 hours) and the airports Trieste, Ljubiljana, Venice and Zagreb. It takes 5-6 hours by car from Munich or Vienna.
