Hi Crystal, it’s unfortunate to hear that you didn’t have a nice stay at our property though it’s alarming that you never brought any of these complaints to our attention. Our property needing “sprucing up and a good cleaning” is very inaccurate as we pride ourselves with our cleaning and have never had those complaints before. Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience for all our guests and we apologize if you didn’t get that experience.

I’m sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with certain aspects of your stay, particularly with the pool situation, which, as mentioned, was beyond our control. However, I must address your claim about fabricating lies. We take our guests' concerns seriously and encourage open communication during their stay. It’s disappointing that you didn’t reach out to us during your visit to address any issues you were experiencing. We always strive to provide the best experience for our guests, and when concerns are communicated, we do our utmost to resolve them promptly. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience you faced and appreciate your understanding.

Unfortunately, my experience with this guest was not as positive as I'd hoped. Despite numerous compliments from Kevin and his Spouse about the quality and cleanliness of my unit, they ultimately requested a refund, citing concerns about the neighborhood's safety. It's worth noting that these concerns were raised only after I informed them that I couldn't offer a refund due to my policy. As a host, I prioritize the safety and comfort of my guests within my home. Unfortunately, I cannot control external factors outside of my property. Additionally, Kevin and his spouse made inappropriate and racially charged comments about the neighborhood, which I find unacceptable and contrary to the values of respect and inclusivity that I uphold. I strive to provide a welcoming and secure environment for all my guests and am committed to addressing any legitimate concerns. However, I must stand by my policies to ensure fairness and uphold the integrity of my hosting standards.
