Our newly, remodeled home sits right on the Arkansas River, and is a short drive to the Little Rock airport (3 miles) and downtown (7 miles). The den boasts a fireplace, Lending Library, and some of the best early morning sunrises over the river. This space is perfect for corporate travelers or an adult getaway. With attention to detail, this house is sure to feel like your "home away from home".

We had a wonderful stay!!! The home was clean and cool when we arrived. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio as well as walking down to the river. The host was super sweet, and was sure to respond within reasonable time even with just basic questions making sure I did everything with check out, which wasn’t much to be honest!! Will definitely keep it for future stays in Little Rock!!

Check in was simple. Kasey was very responsive to my couple of questions. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to freeway and every location on our list. The quiet location was super important to our athlete needing a good nights sleep. Plenty of seating to enjoy a family movie or lounge with a good book. Our college student was able to complete an online assignment, Thank you Wi-Fi. The back patio was a nice place to enjoy a sunrise - until the sun was too strong. Evenings were pleasant with the sun on the opposite side.

I was in the Little Rock area attending my sisters funeral in Carlisle. The location was excellent because it is close to the airport and in east Little Rock right off of 440 . It was an easy quick trip to Carlisle. The house was immaculate and decorated tastefully. It was a lovely, calming space during a difficult time in my life. I loved looking at the view of the river and bridge. Kitchen and bathrooms were great and the beds were especially comfortable.I hope to stay here again.

We loved staying here. It is an amazing property. While the house is in a neighborhood when you enter the back yard it’s like you’re secluded from everything. So relaxing and a beautiful view of the river. Having 2.5 bathrooms was also a nice feature. The house has a beautiful layout. The open concept of it makes it feel so big. The only thing that could have made the house better would have been having a television in some of the bedrooms. There is one large television in the living room. Will definitely be booking this house for future visits to the area.

We had a wonderful stay! This house was amazing, it is small, but it feels large! We had a family of 6 and everyone had space. The sun room is a beautiful place to set and relax, it’s very peaceful here. I would definitely stay again.

Totally awesome!!!

This newly remodeled home is an absolute perfect place to stay. My two friends and I were more than pleased with our living accommodations. It's very clean and spacious. The back yard view of the river was very tranquil, I wished I would've had the time to go outside and enjoy it. The property manager was great. Ms. Kasey was very, very accommodating, and she responded very quickly to our texts. Great experience!!

River front remodel

Clean newly remodeled 3 bedroom house with 2.5 baths. Enjoyedviews of river and bridge and wonderful bird watching from back patio which has lights and ceiling fan.

I put my family here while I attended a conference so they could have a mini vacation, and they had a great time! The house has everything you need and the owner is super responsive.

Great property and even better owner

This house had everything we needed and was super clean. The owner or property manager was very friendly and helpful. Things we needed were within a reasonable distance. Places we visited were also close. The yard is huge if you have kids who need to stretch their legs. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Thank you for offering your house for us.

Wonderful positive experience

I just got back from a 3 night stay with 6 long time friends from college. We all hung out at the house, and 4 of us slept there. We had such a wonderful experience. The house is in a quiet neighborhood along the river. It's only 3 miles from the airport, which was convenient for us, but there were no noise issues at all. There was plenty of room inside for all of us to hang out. The house is very well equipped in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. It was clean and comfortable. We took walks around the neighborhood, which was very quiet and safe. Maybe the best part of this booking was the manager, Kasey. She was so sweet, helpful and incredibly responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend this property!

Little Rock Charm

Property is on the outer reaches of the east side of town, beyond the airport. Beautiful backyard view of Arkansas River. While removed from downtown, house was within easy traveling distance for areas we needed to visit on this business trip - downtown Little Rock, North Little Rock and Pinnacle on the far west side. Very easy to navigate. "Other" feature above for who stayed not functioning. This was a business trip with four adults - we occupied the three bedrooms and secondary living for privacy at night. Central kitchen and living were very useful. Great backyard patio and river view.

The pictures didn’t do the property justice. The property was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and thinking about staying there everytime we meet in Little Rock. We loved it. The host was very responsive and courteous.

Friends reunion

Stayed in Little Rock to surprise my wife’s friend for his birthday with her other friends. Nice house and easy to get downtown. Great place to stay and host had snacks and K Cups for us to use. Would book again.

Little place big feel

From the out side it looks really small. Once you are inside with the open floor plan the place feels much bigger. We had planned on going somewhere else to watch the eclipse, but had a good view there at the house.

This home is very near and dear to my heart. It was a personal home for years and remodeled with our new guests in mind! I love the close proximity to the airport when traveling. I love how close it is to downtown Little Rock but far away enough to be peaceful!
