3 bedroom, 2 full bath home. Newly remodeled kitchen, dining room, living area and master bath! Open 1,700sq ft floor plan, and huge yard to play in.

The house is located in town and is walking distance to 2 playgrounds, free bus shuttle to Crested Butte just down the road. Located within a mile of downtown Gunnison with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping. Walking distance to Van Tuyl trail where you can walk straight to the river. 3-4 min from Gunnison River and rafting, 3-4 mins from world class dirt biking trails, 30 mins (by shuttle) to world class skiing- Mt. Crested Butte, don't forget unimaginable and highly sought after hunting location.

Tons of outdoor recreation is nearby. Blue Mesa Reservoir, White Water Park (River), Hartman Rocks (hiking), Crested Butte Mountain (skiing), Taylor Park Reservoir (rafting, hiking) and so much more is all within driving distance from the house.

There is plenty of room for truck and trailer parking in driveway or on street parking on both the front of the house and on the side of the house.

This delightful property is a hidden gem in Gunnison. The space was perfect, with all the amenities. It made Family Weekend a special time for us. In addition, Bre was a fabulous host, making sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!!

Family Gathering

We unfortunately had to gather for a family funeral, but this was a perfect spot for a few family members to be able to stay together and have a place to gather during a difficult time. The layout was perfect, having multiple bedrooms/bathrooms. Bre was incredibly communicative and accommodating, making a difficult weekend a little less stressful :)

Great value and location

This home is spacious and in a great location. Bri, the owner, is wonderful to work with. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property! Clean and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors. Good parking for pickup trucks with trailers. Walking distance to restaurants and retail shopping. I have some mobility issues. The house has easy access with just one step into the house. Good open floor plan with a walk-in shower in the master bedroom. Loved our week in Gunnison and at this property. Hopefully we will be back next year.

Perfect Gunnison Location!

This rental was perfect for our needs! We were coming to visit family as well as spending some time in Gunnison and Crested Butte. The house had everything we needed and was just great for our stay. Close to town and just a short drive to Crested Butte as well. Property manager was fabulous to work with and we had excellent communication. Would definitely recommend and will definintely look at rebooking in the future for other stays in the area.

perfect getaway

The house was clean, organized and stocked with all the things we needed. Owners were responsive and a pleasure to deal with. They even gave us great tips for dining and activities that helped us have a fantastic trip in Gunnison. Would absolutely book here again.

Spacious and up to date

Great spot in Gunnison recent updates. Responsive owner. As with most properties in the area you’ll have to open windows at night to cool off in summer.

The Perfect Weekend

The house was everything we hoped it would be. Just beautiful. Perfect for extended family. Large backyard the kids could run around in . Toys for the kids. Stocked with what we needed. Location was perfect to what we were doing. Playground within minutes. Would stay here again.

Colorado get away

Hosts were a 10+. Wonderful neighborhood on quiet street. Very easy access to everyone. We’ll stocked for our needs. Rooms were nice size, shower great! My only complaint was Colorado was hotter than normal and nobody has AC for us hot Texans.!

Convenient and comfortable stay in Gunnison.

This was a well equipped comfortable home in a location convenient to all Gunnison has to offer. Close to the Van Tuyl trail and close to shopping and grocery stores but in a quiet neighborhood. Back patio was nice for watching birds and in the neighborhood saw some deer which were fun to watch. Master bathroom has a great walk in shower and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home. Host was friendly and went the extra mile to make us feel at home.

Great House and Great Host!

This is a beautiful house located in a quiet neighborhood close to town. The house is spacious with plenty of room and stocked with everything you need. The house is clean and comfortable. Bre is one of the best host I have ever encountered. She responded to my messages so quickly and has restored my faith in vrbo hosts. She is very welcoming and was there to help me with any questions I had about Gunnison. I would highly recommend staying here.

2 nights in town for an event

Pros: Communication with the host was great, and Bre is really nice. House was clean. The location of the property was great for our purpose, and close walk to anything we could have needed. It was stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, extra pillows, etc. Cons: Property needs updated, 2nd bathroom way outdated and shower horribly noisy. Fridge had side rails taped on, which led to rude awakenings when the door got opened and two of the rails fell off and food and drinks tumbled to the floor. Had the windows open at night and there were strong odors of marijuana, owner can’t stop that in the neighborhood, obviously. The only bedroom with ceiling fan was the master, so the other two were hot at night. The water heater next to the master made awful banging sounds at night. It seems the house had been started on at one point with upgrades but was never finished. I have never given a bad review here before, but I’d never stay at this one again. Too much to overcome to make it better. Oh, and 4th of July weekend was like bombs going off in the back yard when someone kept setting M80’s off late night on the 6th(again, host can’t fix that).

Lori, it’s unfortunate that you did not find the house to be to your liking and even more unfortunate that we receive a bad review from your group. In response to your list of cons… the listing shows a full representation of pictures and every room in the house, so none of it should have come a surprise to you. The fridge, as communicated with you during your stay were damaged from the previous guests and were promptly ordered from Amazon…. I cannot have things in this remote town delivered same day. The marijuana smell was in fact a skunk. We live in the area and yes the odor was awful but I can 100% guarantee you it was a skunk smell in the area. As far as the temperature, welcome to a mountain town where 90% of the homes do not have A/C…. And the way this town operates is opening the windows at night to let the cool air in. Not to mention that we do have a portable A/C unit in the home for renters convenience and comfort. And it’s pretty ridiculous that you’re complaining about fireworks on the 4th of July weekend…. Welcome to America. I’ve consistently had very good reviews with our home and I take pride in that. Have a blessed day.
