Fabulous stay

Condo was immaculate and the location was perfect for sightseeing, shopping, dining, and beaches! Hosts were very responsive to any of our questions or requests. Overall a wonderful experience!

Great place, great time!

This property is great! Location is nice as it’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle but close to everything you need / want in Sarasota. Additionally, you get the benefit of a resort like feel with access to all of the propriety. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating.

Fantastic Location in Sarasota!

The condo was central to all our activites in and around Sarasota - including shopping, meals, golf, pickleball, parks and sightseeing. Marisa was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful in recommendations about the area. The condo made our visit very enjoyable and comfortable. In addition, the neighbors were friendly and made us feel welcome. Loved the sunsets!!

Excellent Vacation Location!

My wife and I stayed in this condo for three weeks. We enjoyed the location, amenities, view from the balcony and cleanliness and upkeep of the condo and the property. The kitchen had everything that we needed to feel comfortable. The communication with Marisa was excellent before, during and when leaving. We would recommend this condo for anyone looking to stay in the Sarasota area!

Work and pleasure

Our 3rd time staying in a unit at the Strand we absolutely love the location and amenities of the place although unfortunately for us the pool heater was not working for our entire 2 week stay and so the very was very chilly and the only other small complaint is the bed was not very comfortable but loved the unit and would return

Fantastic location

We were here for the month of March and we LOVED our stay. The location is perfect for access to everything without being part of the traffic congestion. The facility is modern, neat and clean. Our condo was on the fifth floor and we loved the views from the balcony where we spent a lot of time. Saw dolphins, a manatee, osprey's and a bald eagle from our room. Dennis and Marisa were very responsive to a couple of requests

Beautiful property!

It was a beautiful property! We especially enjoyed having coffee on our balcony every morning overlooking the river and with a view of the bay. Gorgeous way to start the day! The second bedroom with a pull out sleeper sofa was a bit small but was adequate for our two teenage girls! Otherwise…the property was perfect!

Beautiful Bayview

We had a very nice stay at Dennis and Marisa’s property. It is new and spotlessly clean. The view and rooms are exactly as described. It was easy to check in and out, and the condo was very comfortable and equipped with all the necessities. The Strand has a nice pool, gym, and a firepit we especially enjoyed. The Strand is very close to lots of interesting museums, beaches, and restaurants also. Marina Jacks was a favorite with a great happy hour. We recommend this convenient property for a Sarasota visit.

Nice condo with great view.

I got this condo due to their very high reviews. The reviews are accurate. I also gave it a perfect rating. It is new. It is well equipped and has a great view plus it is close to downtown but not in the traffic at all. The owners respond in timely fashion.

Beautiful Spot!

My husband and I stayed in the unit for two months. There was everything we needed in the kitchen as well as soap and paper products to get us started. It was really helpful to not have to pack towels, sheets, etc. The location was excellent and the complex was very nice. During our stay Dennis was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Including help when there was a glitch that happened with the elevator which was completely out of his control.

Location and amenities plus a great water view!

My husband and I enjoyed our 3.5 month stay at the Bayview Getaway. Dennis and Marisa were wonderful hosts! They responded immediately to any questions and were very helpful throughout our entire stay. Their condo is clean, comfortable and full of thoughtful touches. The balcony is a terrific vantage for watching birds, fish and manatees! We visited the nearby awesome Bay park on an almost daily basis and regularly walked to our favorite downtown restaurants. We managed to make it to the beach a few times and the beach chairs and towels were appreciated. The pool was delightful and the gym was spacious and well equipped. Covered parking and an EV charger were also very convenient. Thanks Dennis and Marisa for a wonderful home away from home!

Nice Area

This condo was perfect for our trip. Dennis and Marissa make sure you are comfortable and everything is right with the condo. The TV wasn’t working properly while we were there and Dennis came over and checked everything out and got it running. Before your trip they send you a long welcome note with all instructions on how to access the key fobs and they gave you all the codes you will need in this letter. Fantastic pool with a separate building for exercise equipment. Along with the excellent view you have from the balcony it was a very relaxing trip for us. We would definitely rent from them again.

Beautiful getaway in Sarasota

We loved everything about this property. It was clean. The owners were very responsive. The house was completely equipped with everything you need for your stay. Nice towels and linens. Decorated beautifully. Convenient location. Quiet, beautiful views of bay. Very nice pool and gym.

We have picked this property for the close proximity to the most beautiful beaches, the spectacular view of the bay, the active and vibrant downtown and the large choices for shopping and eateries. You can also take advantage of the under-building garage assigned to your condo. Hope you enjoy your time here as much as we have over the years!

Whether you desire a day on the crystal clear waters in your very own kayak, paddle-board or jet-ski or rent one from many in the area, you can launch from the connected boardwalk! The boardwalk spans along the waterfront and offers spectacular views of Sarasota Bay. Enjoy a luxurious day of fishing, have a stroll and take in the views enjoying the sunset from your private balcony. The view is the perfect setting for a romantic meal, and the boardwalk can also serve as a prime fishing location or some quality alone time.
Boat docks are also available for your personal or rented boat or jet-ski where you can launch and dock from your doorstep!

There are many rental options in the area so you can launch from the boardwalk and get your friends and family active.
