Guest Access:

Self check-in. Once your registration is complete we send you a personal access code so you can arrive on your own schedule (within check-in hours), with no waiting. We remain available by message for anything you need during your stay.



Building amenities for guests: rooftop swimming pool, gym, lounge/terrace areas, 24-hour security, and parking.



Not included (can be arranged in advance for an extra cost): meals, cable TV channels, laundry (home pickup/delivery service), daily cleaning, transportation, and tours. A baby crib can be added free of charge on request.



Before arrival, please complete the online registration and send a photo ID for every guest - we require an ID for each guest to authorize access to the property and to send your check-in details/codes.



The Neighborhood:

The building is on Avenida Tulum, one of Cancun's main streets, so taxis to any part of the city are easy to catch. Within a 10-minute walk you'll find a supermarket, the ADO secondary bus station (buses to Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and more), Galenia Hospital, and the Plaza Las Americas mall, where you can take public transport to the Hotel Zone beaches.



Getting Around:

The apartment includes free parking (covered and external). The public bus stop is a 7-minute walk. From Plaza Las Americas, take the bus marked "Crucero," get off at the Municipal Palace, cross the avenue, and take Route 1 or 2 to the Hotel Zone. By the Ibis hotel there is an ADO secondary station with buses to Playa del Carmen, Chichen Itza, Tulum, and Xcaret. Cancun International Airport is about 15-20 minutes by car.

Please note: although the location on a main avenue is very convenient, there can be some noise from traffic and from construction in the area and the adjoining building. Our pricing reflects this.



Condominium rules: please do not shout in hallways or common areas; keep sound at a reasonable volume inside the apartment and on the balcony so as not to disturb neighbors; and treat the property and shared amenities with care.



Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities. Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay can be arranged for an extra cost.
