Bedrooms

• Main bedroom: King-size bed, full-length mirror, and private ensuite
• 2nd bedroom: Queen bed
• 3rd bedroom: Bunk bed + pull-out mattress
• Full bathroom in the hallway

Living and Dining

The open-concept living room and kitchen create a bright, welcoming space for everyone to hang out. Kick back on the couch and watch TV, or enjoy a cocktail at the bar. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals—complete with cookware, utensils, and essentials. Dine at the table for six in the separate dining room for a cozy meal together.

Outdoor Space

Step outside to a fully fenced backyard, perfect for relaxing or letting pets play safely. Fire up the BBQ grill, sway in the hammock, and make the most of Florida’s sunshine.

1) Please respect our neighbors. NO loud noise after 11pm and NO parties.
2) Events and commercial photoshoots are NOT permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees.
3) Pets are welcome but must be pre-approved by the host.
4) We have 2 Wi-Fi Ring cameras: doorbell pointing at the front sidewalk/steps/lawn/landing and floodlight pointing at the driveway/street. Cameras record per motion-activation and operates at all times, 24/7. We can access both cameras via Ring app at any time. There are NO cameras inside the property. These outdoor camera systems do not invade privacy but are in place to ensure the above rules are adhered to.

** Wildlife Disclosure: This property is in a tropical Florida climate. It’s rare but possible to encounter local wildlife such as lizards, iguanas, raccoons, or insects. We provide regular pest control and will respond promptly if anything is spotted.
