Groovy Place Man! Walk back in time to the 70s!

I'm from Southern California but I've been coming to the river my whole life. I currently live in northern Arizona a few hours away from this property. I'm semi-retired from working in land development and geology.

I enjoy the quietness of the neighborhood and the fact that it's a cul-de-sac home for privacy at the end of the cul-de-sac and that I own the entire bubble of the cul-dec so you have plenty of privacy and no one staring at you from a distance lol. Not to mention the boat ramp is close and so is shopping everything is right here.

You're renting my personal vacation home, that my wife personally cleans. It is very spacious at 2000 square feet that's the biggest comment everyone makes is the amount of room. We provide a ton of amenities from food, drinks, basic cooking supplies, toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, sunscreen, sunglasses, flip-flops, towels, toiletries, everything you could think of. The amount of parking for two properties is immense. I try to point out that you won't find that at any of our competitors around the neighborhood. Every detail you find is a detail directly from us to you as this is our family run property.
