Welcome to the Parker Pair — two cozy riverfront homes perfect for families, fun, and golden hour views. We host 2 family-friendly homes on the Parker riverfront – made for memory-making. This beautiful home is only 200 feet from the water with two private boat docks! Fully Furnished, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bath. Comes with everything you would need in a home away from home. Towels, multiple bedding sets, extra blankets, washer/dryer, and all kitchen necessities. Very nice quiet gated community with only 5 homes. This house is approx. 1536 sq ft.

The private dock allows easy access to tie up your boat on the Colorado River after fishing or boating. Beautiful place to relax or have fun! You will be amazed!

Please message me with any questions you might have and I would love to help you! We have been in Parker for over 30 years and know mostly everything about the area.

This place was awesome great location, put our boat in the havasu springs was able to sit on the dock on the river. It was very clean nice furniture, everything you could possible need on a rental. Can't wait to go back

Clean, well stocked, and comfortable.

Upon arriving at the home, we were quite impressed with the setup and open concept of the house. The pictures don't do it justice! The house was stocked with everything we needed and is kept very clean. We're familiar with the area, (as I grew up in Parker) but it truly felt like we were on vacation because of how well we were taken care of. Communication was easy and consistent. We will definitely be back for another round!

Cozy home....

Overall our experience here was great. the master bed is a little hard, large living room and short walk to the shared dock. We didn't see any "neighbors" as there are 6-8 other homes within this gated community. However, we did hear them Saturday night.... late into the night which was pretty annoying. We were prepared with a speaker to play music as we feared the highway noise which there wasn't any. There are a lot of rules in order to get your deposit back too... (which I have yet to get returned to me). For example, -30$ if you forget to close a blinds. -30$ if there is food in the fridge (which there was old bread in the fridge when we got there), -50 if the towels aren't on the washer.... This is my fist time using VRBO (in lieu of AirBnB) so maybe thats normal??

Robin, I am so happy that you were able to cozy up and have a memorable weekend in Parker! I hope the neighbors weren't too noisy - most of the time the other families are also VRBO renters from the other home that we list on the website. The deposit is automatically refunded by VRBO within 7 days but I have found that most guests are pleasantly surprised because I try my best to refund it within 3 days. Unfortunately, there is a short delay with VRBO because it takes 2-3 days to be automatically put back in your bank account. As for the checkout policy, we ask that guests turn the air off, close blinds, etc. to help save energy and ensure that the home will stay in top condition for the next renters. In the past, many renters would call and ask about check out so we complied a small list to help. Being that this is a vacation home for us and it is not as close to our primary residence as we would hope, we have found that it was helpful for both parties if we leave some guidelines for renters to use. Thank you again for staying with us and deciding to vacation in Parker. We truly hope to have you as a guest again soon!

Great place within a quick walk to the dock. Kitchen has every utensil and cook ware you would ever need! Primary bed is very comfortable and nice to have an ensuite. Be prepared to drive everywhere though, not able to walk along the water as this side is all rock. There is a gas station/convenience store within walking distance but the traffice is doing min 40mph so best to drive

Great Place on the river

Great river house with a dock!!! The house is spacious and and was clean. The only downside was there wasn’t any toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags. Overall we had a great experience staying here.

We towed our boat and had a blast on the river! The home was perfect, we cooked everyday and enjoyed the comforts of home. The dock was a bonus! We plan on visiting again.

Nice clean house. Friendly neighbors. Had only a couple small issues and property manager took care of right away. We added a week to our stay and they were able to accommodate us. Would stay again. Only thing I would ask is that there be a iron and ironing board available. Travel in suitcases so would be nice to touch things up.

I absolutely loved taking my family to stay in this home. Location is great. Docks are easy to access. But most of all the house is beautiful and spacious. And very clean... I had my 9 mo granddaughter there and could put here on the floor ( to crawl) and was totally comfortable with her safety. I will return this location! Nichole is great to work with.

We have been coming to this location for 30 years. We have made many family memories and look forward to many more. We have been married for 32 years. We have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. We love our family and our family time together. There is no other place we would rather be than together at the river.

You will love this location. It is quiet and very peaceful. It is a small 5 home gated community. The river and private boat dock make it easy to have fun family boating, fishing, or just relaxing time.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Having your own boat dock to tie your boat to and walk up for lunch is the best. It is always so much work having to pack up everything in your boat. If you're not wanting to go through the trouble and want things easy then stay with us.
