Crescent Sands G3 is a beautifully decorated, comfortable three bedroom that you will want to re-book year after year.
Located on the third floor you are high enough to enjoy the oceanfront views while low enough to watch the family at the pool. G3 has two king bedrooms (one oceanfront) and a third bedroom with two twin beds. There are three bathrooms, one hall bath, one king master bedroom bath and one privately in the twin bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty to cook with, a keurig and auto drip coffee maker combo, glass top stainless steel oven, refrigerator, microwave and more. The living room has seating for the family with a flat screen TV. The unit offers free wifi which is specific to the condo.

The property is very popular with an oceanfront outdoor swimming pool, pool seating, picnic tables, outdoor charcoal grills, two elevators and bathrooms on the ground floor.

All condos are nonsmoking and do not allow for pets. All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year. Linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals.

The use of the pool, pool area, and grilling area are at your own risk. By using the pool, pool area and/or grilling area, you agree to hold harmless the Crescent Sands Homeowners Association, its Board of Directors, its Owners, its Property Manager, and its Certified Pool Operator.
