Location location!

Property was as advertised and right on the beach...great balcony! Master Bath is dated but functional. Place was very clean and comfortable.

Great condo

This property/condo/beach is great, as pictured. Our only complaint is the inconvenience of having at pick up/drop off keys at an offsite location. Would still highly recommend!

Lovely Place

Overall this property was clean and accurate to the listing pictured, except for the bathrooms which are not pictured. The bathrooms are small, confining and need serious upgrade as the taps and shower heads leaked or were falling off the wall The other disappointing thing was that the pool was closed for winter (not mentioned in the listing). The property was conveniently located and the view was amazing! I would definately return.

Not as great as you think.

The condo was not very clean. Definitely needs some upkeep. The only upside to this was management who after days with me contacting the housekeepers found my sons iPhone and are mailing it back to me.

Steps to the beach. Beautiful view. Great vacation. The draft slammed a bedroom door and they came the same day to fix it.

Perfectly Beachy!

Great 2 bedroom condo with beautiful views. Very clean and had everything you need. Realty company was great to work with and had no complaints. Highly recommend!

Nice stay, some issues but they were resolved

The condo was spacious with a beautiful view. Plenty of room for my family. Had some issues with a broken tub handle not fixed until two days before we left. And upon the day of arrival the condo floor was dirty (baby’s legs were black from crawling) as was some of the dishes dirty with something gooey. But management sent out housekeeping and we bought paper products to use instead of using the dishes. Maybe the dishwasher was old? The master bedroom closet needs to be locked if it isn’t to be used. It had towels and things in it and we didn’t know they were not to be used and my son grabbed one after a shower and it was nasty dirty. We were reimbursed our cleaning fee by management so they did make that up to us. I would recommend, just double check everything upon arrival.

Misleading Listing

We were quite dissatisfied with the unacceptable filthiness and the general state of the unit. Furniture was broken, huge stains were on the carpet, faucet handles were completely off—it was quite shocking, especially considering the large amount we paid for our week. I had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean the entire unit on our day of check in. There was filth in the showers and the refrigerator. Food stains were all over the furniture cushions. There were used bandaids on the floor. This was inexcusable , especially during current times. Bathroom too small, I could actually touch the ceiling in the shower. Laundry area was so small it was neatly unusable. Area surrounded by “adult entertainment” businesses.

Excellent condilo

My fiance and I just stayed here. The condo is lovely. Very clean. We didn't really do any major cooking but it appeared that everything we would've needed was there. The reason we picked this condo was the location and the views. The living room is full of windows and the master bedroom is too. I could stand in the kitchen at the sink and still be able to see the ocean. It wasn't hot during our week but eventually warmed up to around 80 by the end. This property is right off hwy 17 so its close to every amenity and lots of putt putt places. Parking was easy and even the wait for the elevators wasn't horrible. We did not want to leave at all. We will definitely be back asap.

Highly recommend this condominium

Loved the ocean views from the condominium. The condo furnishings were well done. Tne area was not crowded and was very quiet. Would love to go back !

Great time!

The condo was nice and the beds were comfy! One thing I didn’t think of was taking bath mats for the shower and no dish drainer so we ended up washing towels often but it had everything we needed for a week at the beach! Only real issue was the key to the lobby was unbearable to get to work. Other than that we had an awesome time and enjoyed the rental! Views was amazing and the full time residents were super nice too!

Great unit beachfront

Updated & nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Convenient to beach. Parking was efficient. Elevators were a little slow, but didn’t bother us with fewer guests. Check-out could have been better with leaving keys in unit instead of driving 10 minutes opposite direction to office, then to find a drop box.
