Loved our stay here! the location is gorgeous and so close to downtown ochi. also the pool was a fantastic spot to hang out at the end of the day. highly recommend

Beautiful views!

I was there with my adult daughter and a really good friend. From booking to leaving the property had been so smooth. We loved the place, it had everything we needed for comfort and the view was to die for. Anytime we were back at the place was spent on the deck and relaxing looking out to the beautiful view.When we return I would definitely stay again!

The view was fantastic. The host was brilliant always there to help with anything. There was Klimaanlage in the bedrooms. They had a huge double fridge. Microwave big stove pots& pans lovely dishes.lot of clean towels. We miss waking up to that view everyday and sitting out in the evenings. We're still talking about it. Beautiful accomodation with 2 bathrooms 2 bedrooms bedrooms plus living dining room. It's truly wonderful. It's near the town you can walk into ochi if you want but it's a steep climb coming back. But it's good for yer legs. Pool also 20 feet outside apartment. What more do you want. We loved it😍❤️😍❤️🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️

The worst place -----STAY AWAY

We booked this listing for a week, immediately after walking in we knew something was wrong. The place smelled as if something died inside. We burned candles and opened the windows to try get rid of the scent, but nothing worked. The entire property was filthy, including the refidgerator. There was water on the kitchen floor like the fridge or dishwasher was leaking. The bathroom sinking was leaking on the floor. I reached out to the owner he stated his cleaning lady cleaned the day prior so he did not see why it was dirty. It seemed that place hadn't been touched in months. The property seemed like it was an old storage facility, there were old paint cans stuff everywhere even under the bed and in the closets. There was no remedy to fix anything. He only stated that sorry it was not up to your standards then ghosted us. I told them we will have to leave early because of the condition of the property. Requested a partial refund nothing not even a response. We felt so cheated. We even reached out to VRBO and they said they could not do anything about it we would have to work it out with the owner. Please stay away!!!!!

This has to be the most dishonest review ever. First of all there was no smell in the house. There has never ever previously been any complaints about a smell or oder and I personally stayed there less than 30 days prior to his arrival.. This is a absolute complete lie. This guest kept inventing things in hopes of receiving a refund. A previous guests just left 2 days prior and was absolute happy. Please see the prior reviews to this. Dale stated to me several times that his wife was not happy. I believe Dale made this booking when his wife preferred to stay somewhere else. Within minutes of arriving Dale stated that his wife was not happy and wanted to leave. I asked Dale to send me pictures of whatever he wasn't happy with and my house keeper would be there in the morning to take care of to his satisfaction. He did not respond until the following morning after him and his wife showered and used the sink he sends me a picture of a wet sink. He also sends me pictures of the shower. This shower is only 3 months old with a tile floor. The tile in the shower are non slip tiles so they feel gritty on your feet. they assumed that the tiles were dirty. I am really sure he is not accustomed to a tile floor with grout. The grout is a dark gray and he reassumed the dark color was mold or mildew( will try to post pics he sent me). This guest damaged and left a broken vase with no offer to replace. The only honest thing this guest mentioned was the water on the floor. the dishwasher apparently leaked and there was a puddle of water on the floor when he arrived. He never gave us an opportunity to make the repair. I would like to state that there is a house keeper who regularly cleans even when there is no guests she goes in to dust and keep the house up. The picture this guest is trying to paint could not be anymore dishonest. I would like to state again that I offered to rectify any issues the guest may have had to his satisfaction and he never responded to my offer. I have had guest since this guest and she called to say how much they loved the apartment

Safe, Beautiful and Clean

The property is is very safe and the apartment is beautiful, clean and fully equipped with everything you need. The view from the patio is very gorgeous. I was impressed with the owner and the host speedy response to my questions. Another thing I like about the property is how friendly and professional the staff and residents are. I cannot wait to go back there on my next vacation. I definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a safe, beautiful and friendly environment.

Great location and clean property

Very safe and secured property, the owner made himself accessible in case we had any issues whatsoever. We will definitely be staying at this location again and can't wait for the next visit.
