The dining area affords seating for 8 and a wet bar with separate ice maker, and wine chiller, perfect for entertaining guests!

In addition to indoor living space, an expansive 400 square foot balcony offers panoramic views of Orange Beach’s picturesque seashore. Saunter away quiet moonlit evenings in your private 4 person Jacuzzi tub or enjoy your favorite cut of meat from the grill with family and friends without leaving the comfort of your unit! Parking at Turquoise Place is limited. Each unit has one assigned space and thus only guaranteed one parking spot. The use of a second, un-numbered space in the parking garage is based upon availability. Also, please remember that RVs (or extended vans with rv hook ups), trailers, boats, jet skis, etc. are not permitted in the garages OR overflow lots.
