Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.



Amenities are abundant at this newly renovated Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART HDTV in living room with 42” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the master, two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room should you need more space. We also have the 3br condos on both sides of this room should you need more than one room.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please call or email to book a vacation to remember.



Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

The condo and all amenities were so enjoyable - from the lazy river to the spectacular view! Everyone involved in booking, check-in and parking were so accommodating! We will definitely stay at Phoenix West again!

The condo for our girl trip was wonderful!! We really enjoyed the the balcony view where we watched closely in hopes of seeing dolphins. Charlotte was so helpful when we wanted to add an extra day to our trip. Yes we enjoyed our stay so much that we added a extra day!! Would definitely go there again.

Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. When we arrived our ice maker was not working, but I contacted the owner and it was taken care of asap. The view from the 25th floor was stunning. The pool / lazy river / slide were a big hit with my kids. Getting to the beach and setting up for the day was super easy. Beds are all comfortable and the living room had plenty of seating for all of our group. We will definitely stay again.

The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals instead of going out all the time. The balcony was the best - the view from the 25th floor couldn't be beat! Right on the ocean! We loved the lazy river and pool and just had a wonderful time overall!

What a view!!!Plenty of space for the 3 of us (Wife, Daughter & myself). Bedding & towels were very clean. Condo was very clean. Beach was excellent.Lazy river was operational for only 2 days, new pump was needed. Indoor pool was being repaired. Ice maker was a good option, may need some cleaning though. You may want to to remove, clean & recaulk the master shower. I think you need cushions for patio furniture.

We are excited about this Condo!!!But I need to state what I found upon arrival. The bedroom on the left with the double beds, the lamp on the table between the beds will not stay on, the turn switch to it is not staying connected to keep the light on. Also in that bedroom was a big pile of sand, that we did sweep up and discarded in the trash. The door to access the air conditioning and broom has a lot of dust bunnies on the vented door that needs attention.The glass at the bar area needs all the dust cleaned off the glass shelves.The kitchen sink had streaks where the cleaners left a residue that was not wiped really well.One of the barstools needs attention for the top of the back is broken. The windows facing the beach needed a very good cleaning. Please note I am not OCD person and this place is very nice. But some attention needs to be adjusted to certain areas. Please know this place is very nice and well accommodating for all your needs, if you’re cooking and have multiple people in your group. Do not let my comments keep you from renting this Condo! The place is nice!

The condo was beautiful and the amenities at the location were in top condition - the indoor heated pool, the jacuzzi, the lazy river, and the beach area. Everything was clean and secure. The view was outstanding.

Great location, perfect space

Really enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach and this condo worked out perfectly. Loved the easy access to the beach, the lazy river was also great. Good location with lots of options to eat nearby. Had no issues with the elevators whatsoever. Amazing views from the condo.

My family and I loved everything about our stay. The condo was beautiful, spacious and cozy. The view of the beach was gorgeous. The water was the clearest I’ve ever seen it. It was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. There was construction going on around the lazy river, which was a little nerve wracking at first, but it was fine. The workers were professional. We loved our stay here and plan to be back in the future.
