This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is steps to the emerald green waters and white sandy beaches. This home offers 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins and a sleeper sofa making it sleep up to 10 guests easily.

Wide open spaces throughout. The kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances and a dining table and bar stools. The living room is beautifully decorated and has a large, flat screen TV and plenty of seating for movie nights.

We enjoyed having all of the beach chairs that were available for us to use.There was a leak from the rain but the host has it fixed within hours. We will be back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The company itself was very attentive. The house pictures were very deceiving. While I’m a Florida native we walked in to 3 cockroaches, if the house was cleaned they shouldn’t have been there. The couches had a lot of stains and crumbs. Two of the three bedding were worn with markers and stains. The TV had kids handprints all over. The washer made really loud sounds every time it was used. The company did send someone out to clean but all that was done was replaced on bed set. Additionally, the superintendent of the cleaning company came in our house the day before departure unannounced. I would use company again but house needs a lot of work for the price we paid.

Perfect Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of this house. There are three bedrooms on the 2nd Level. Master w/bath, Queen w/attached bath that also opens to the hall, and room with 2 twins. 3rd level has Queen w/attached bath that also opens to hall, kitchen, living room. All beds were comfortable except Twins (but they're teenagers so they're picky). Had everything in the kitchen we needed although some pans need updated (this was noted on checkout and they stated they would have brought us new ones during our stay). There were a couple issues I brought up at checkout that they stated would be fixed and could have been fixed during our stay but I didn't want people in and out during our stay. The garage shower only trickled (but there was a spigot outside to clean sand off), Master shower barely trickled water (other two showers perfect with perfect pressure), Washer sounded like it was going to explode but it got the job done. We are staying there again this weekend (it's been a few weeks) so we will see if those items have been addressed. I would stay here again, the price, location and house are worth it. Just to note, you do have to go to an office to get actual physical keys and take them back. Having teenagers going back to the house at different intervals from the beach made having physical keys difficult. They also only provide the minimum trash bags/toilet paper/detergent, etc. so you have to provide your own. All in all, would stay again. No issue that would prevent us from booking again.

Loved our stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental company was great to work with - the house was available several hours before the check in time and they let me know immediately. The conditions of the house and all accommodations provided were fantastic, and the walk to the beach was unbelievably convenient. Only issue we had was actually with the neighbor, who claimed to be a permanent resident of the house next door. We did not park properly upon arrival (completely our fault) but instead of a polite ask, the neighbor was extremely rude and loud with us and used a very disrespectful tone, even after we told her multiple times that we understood we had made a mistake and were more than happy to move our cars. She even stood behind our cars temporarily and refused to move as we were trying to re-park and threatened to have our cars towed. Eventually she was able to calm down and it was all sorted, and we did not see or hear from her the rest of the weekend. Would highly recommend making sure you follow the parking instructions very carefully to avoid having a run-in with this person. The management company was very understanding when I talked to them about this as well.

Perfect home for our family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our 2 adult daughters, their husbands and our 2 grandchildren. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was clean and comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach and no busy street to cross which was important to us. We could go back to the house for lunch or to take a break. There were beach toys for our grandchildren to use. We all enjoyed the rooftop terrace in the evenings. I would highly recommend this property!

Fun week at the beach!

We spent a week here and enjoyed it very much!! Short 2 minute walk to the beach, and a view of the water from all decks! Location is great because you can be at so many great restaurants in minutes. We had 4 adults & 2 kids (4y/o and under 2 y/o) and had plenty of space! Beware, there are A LOT of stairs in this house!! It also has a 2 car garage underneath. We parked outside and used the garage shower for rinsing ourselves and our beach stuff off, leaving it to dry in the garage overnight. Very convenient!

Perfect weekend

We really enjoyed our stay! The home itself was beautiful and was well laid out and was perfect for our family. Wonderful places to eat nearby! The beach was not crowded and the weather was perfect! The water was crystal! It all made for a wonderful family vacation!

Great beach house

The garage on the first floor had a table and an area for our boys to safely play while we were inside. The first floor has the master bed, a queen bed room and the two twin bed room and the laundry room. The top floor had another queen room, a bathroom, well stocked kitchen, dining room and living room. While there is no direct large view of the beach since the house is in the second row, you can still see the beach from the living room and the rooftop deck. The walk to the beach was so short! The beach is gorgeous and even during spring break we always has plenty of space for our kids to play. The house was clean and comfortable and we would stay here again!

The listing doesn't quite give you much information as to what is in the home to know what to bring as far as if there is a grill or coffee pot ect. There were a few roaches so they should exterminate and we never could get the cable to work only streaming services. The rooms that face the yellow house next door have the light shining in from their security light which is on from dusk till dawn so I would suggest some curtains because it lights up the entire bedroom.Other than that it was a great rental.

Wonderful vacation!

We stayed for a week at this location. Let start with the 800lb grill Ian the room. The view is terrible. You are staring into the garage of the the townhomes that it shares a drive with. There is however a beautiful rooftop patio with a wonderful view of the whole island but that is on the roof only. That said, this was a very clean, very nicely furnished townhome. The location is fantastic. There is a short walk to the beach which is not crowded. We went several days at different times and we able to be in the first row even time. This is also wishing walking distance of Peg Leg Petes. It's a bit of a walk but it's doable. There is also a trolly stop near the house. Beds were comfy, AC blows REAL cool, and the garage is secure. I highly recommend this place but my only resevation is the view.
