White Sands #473 is a wonderfully inviting Gulf front four-bedroom, three-bath town home.

This spacious unit offers open concept vacationing with added features of tile flooring, leather seating and flat screen televisions. There is dining seating for eight and overflow seating also available at the kitchen bar area for up to six. The kitchen provides updated cabinetry, counters and appliances. Living space is extended outdoors with a Gulf front balcony accessed just off the living area. Watch the sun rise and set from the spacious master bedroom which offers a large picture window, private outdoor balcony, vaulted ceiling, king bed and private bath.

Additional unit amenities include outdoor grill, complimentary wireless internet, and convenient garage parking. White Sands is mere minutes from shopping, entertainment and dining.

Beautiful property, difficult with communication

Property was amazing with a very well stocked kitchen. Very easy access to the beach. Did have issues with getting check-in information and communication prior to arrival.

Great Stay but.......

Great home. Everything as described. EXCELLENT LOCATION! But there was a problem with WiFi. Great response when called. However, it off and on, mostly off, throughout the 4 day stay. Overall, great visit and I would use the property again.

Will Stay Again!

This units location is awesome! Directly beachfront with multiple decks to enjoy. We took advantage of all of them! The deck off the master was great at night before we went to bed. The main deck off the living room was a great gathering place. The lower deck was where we dropped our chairs off and took advantage of the outdoor shower. The furniture was comfortable. The beds were perfect. The fully equipped kitchen was awesome and the extra fridge in the garage was a big help! You can tell we enjoyed!!!!!!!

Pensacola Beach at White Sands Condo

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family fist began staying at White Sands Condos in 1971. We love being able to park three cars in the first-floor garage under the condo. The large kitchen/living/dining area opening onto the large second-floor deck is great for family fun. Paradise Beach Homes has done a wonderful job of maintaining the fully-equipped condo and their friendly staff is quick to respond if we have any questions or concerns. Have already booked for another family gathering in 2025.

Annual Family Beach Vacation

The convenience to the beach is like no other place I have ever stayed beach front. The views from the balcony's are breathtaking. The neighborhood is nicely kept, quit and cute. Amazing stay!

Perfect for our family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful rental with plenty of space for the eight of us. The kitchen was fully stocked, the extra refrigerator in the garage was so nice and the ease of leaving all of your sandy chairs and beach toys on the bottom patio to hose off was wonderful. We usually stay in a high rise condo in Destin but after staying here we definitely prefer staying in a townhome. We will be back for sure! The only negative is two of the bedrooms did not have comfy beds.

It was clean and we had plenty of room for the 8 of us. It had a garage large enough for 3 vehicles, had a refrigerator in the garage which was a big plus. Well equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the beach mat and cards they provided upon check-in! House was very nice. Was already stocked with lots of things. Before we arrived we bought beach chairs and they already had about 5-7 chairs for use and lots of beach toys for the kids. They also had a decent supply of a few household items like dish detergent and trash bags. Great access to the beach. Would definitely book again!

The people at Paradise Beach Homes were quick to respond to all questions. The house was super clean and stocked. Needless to say, the beach was beautiful, we had perfect weather and clear water all week. The location of this townhouse couldn't be better. It's right on the beach making it easy to get out there and enjoy our day.
