Our home away from home has a well-appointed kitchen, eat-in area, formal dining room, office, sitting room and family room. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, generous granite island, gas stove/oven, R/O water filter to the sink tap and fridge, coffee/tea bar, spice cupboard, ample pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, serveware and glassware for entertaining. Primary bedroom has 5-piece ensuite, large walk-in closet and walks directly out to covered patio with fire table, BBQ and smoker (which run on propane) and furniture welcoming you to relax and enjoy the view of the quiet back yard and pool. Backyard adjacent to a wash for ultimate privacy. Washer/dryer & starter laundry supplies are provided.

The 16' x 32' fenced pool, which can be heated, is on weekly care schedule. We have a pool cover which should be used at night & when not in use to keep the heat in and costs down. Contact owners for more information on below average heating costs.

Johnson Ranch offers an 18-hole golf course, sand volleyball court, multiple playgrounds, tennis and pickleball courts with a welcoming community to pickleball beginners to senior level players (pickle ball racquets at the house for your use). There are also three community pools if you like more space or lap swimming.

Do you have to do a little work while you're away from home? No problem - quiet office with Internet, wi-fi and printer are all here for your convenience.

Our property manager lives close by and checks in on the property on a regular basis and is accessible should you need assistance.
