Summary:
Enjoy stunning views from 305 at D Sands Condominiums! This privately owned, oceanfront condo is located 30 steps up on the top floor, with a balcony for taking in the view. It sleeps up to 4, with a King bed in the bedroom and a queen murphy bed in the living room. There's also a kitchen stocked with basic cookware for your convenience. Guests can access the beach from an easy staircase on the property, or they also can use the HOA-maintained pool and commercial grade Wi-Fi.

The Space:
Enjoy stunning views from 305 at D Sands Condominiums! This privately owned, oceanfront condo is located 30 steps up on the top floor, with a balcony for taking in the view. It sleeps up to 4, with a King bed in the bedroom and a queen murphy bed in the living room. There's also a kitchen stocked with basic cookware for your convenience. Guests can access the beach from an easy staircase on the property, or they also can use the HOA-maintained pool and commercial grade Wi-Fi.

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but weā€™re available on-site if you need anything.

Great place to stay for the kite festival

Our balcony was a great place to watch the kite festival. It was everything we needed for our stay. Parking is tight, but we had a spot when we needed one.

Room 305 has excellent views of the ocean

Was on 3rd floor with awesome view of the ocean. Slept with door open to hear the ocean, very relaxing. Bed was very comfortable. Noted an minor issue that I emailed to mgmt, received quick reply. Would stay there again

Summer family time

Would have loved to know that there was no elevator and that the pool room was only open for part of the day. (10am-7pm) so we never got to use it. The place was clean and neat kitchen had most items needed to cook in it and beds and pillows were super comfortable!! We will stay here again but will just need to make sure that we get a bottom floor room!!

Could have been better

Parking isn't great, all Parking spots were taken before 4pm so we had to park on the road in our brand new sports car. Long walk back to the room. Very inconvenient. Pool was also closed with no notice which was a huge bummer for our kiddo. Property is nice and great view of the ocean. Front desk is not available until 10am and until 7pm so was difficult when we needed toiletry items. If you're driving a nice car that you are going to worry about I would not recommend this place as parking is terrible.

We slept in the living room Murphy bed so we could see the water and sleep hearing the waves but the bed was VERY uncomfortable. Perhaps it's personal preference but it was so hard that I kept waking up with an ache in my hips. There was an actual bedroom with another bed but we didn't sleep in there so we have no idea about the comfort level of that one was.The bathroom was clean, had plenty of towels and was a good size.

Very disappointed. I have been looking at this rental area every time I come into Lincoln City. I have heard many good things about it. I decided to try it out. I will not be back. We had the 3rd floor. While the view was lovely, the people there were decidedly not as lovely. The gal at check in had better things to do. I was flat out told to look at my email for check in instructions and that she was in the middle of a maintenance report. The room was nicely furnished. One of the chairs on the balcony started folding under my weight so I couldn't sit out there with my partner. The toilet in our room appeared to be a toddler toilet and could not comfortably fit to do the business in the appropriate manner. The seat early in the morning disconnected from the lid and I went sliding to the ground. I will say that's an amazing way to wake up with out coffee. I didn't address it with the front desk staff because I didn't want to be pushed aside again.

Our stay was awesome! The beach view was great and the full kitchen is nice to have. There were two small maintenance items, but they didn't bother us enough to not leave 5 stars. The toilet seat was really loose, and the gutter on the corner of the balcony would make an engine-like sound when the wind was bad. It probably needs to be tightened or something. Other than that, everything was great. The Nauti Mermaid across the street was a fun local bar to stop at, the owner was extremely friendly and was cracking jokes with us in the first 5 minutes of meeting him. Easy beach access and the killer ocean view made this a 5 star stay for sure.
