2 Bed, 2 Bath home in Indian Paintbrush. Large outdoor living areas. Toy room with climbing wall. Bunk beds are queens and the master has a king. Mudroom, laundry room, dining room and small office space. Access to National Forrest at the top of the road. We have two boys ages 9 and 6. Will be leaving their toys in the toy room. The yard is small but the home is on 2 acres. Gas BBQ. Fully furnished including linens and towels.

Please note: the internet is terribly slow, we will often just use cellular data. There is no cable television or TV. The garage will be locked off for our belongings. No air conditioner or ice maker. Small refrigerator that occasionally leaks water. Often a ban on outdoor fires due to wildfire risk. A local Property Manager will be assisting with the rental.

$350/nt with 14 night minimum. $250/nt for a 30 night minimum. $500 cleaning fee. $5,000 Damage Deposit. Rental Agreement required. Stays of 30 days are more do not get assessed taxes. Please contact with any questions.
