****VERY IMPORTANT – Exterior Building Improvements- The Sea Dunes complex is scheduled to undergo mandatory exterior renovations beginning February 9, 2026, with work expected to last approximately 8 months (weather permitting; delays are possible). This project will impact the entire building and includes jackhammering, waterproofing, and ongoing exterior construction work. The loudest and most disruptive noise is expected during the early phase of the project, primarily through the end of March, when major demolition will occur. Following the demolition phase, the exact scope, timing, and level of disruption from remaining construction activities are not yet fully known. Guests should continue to expect some daytime construction noise, dust, workers and equipment on site, changing conditions, and the possibility of temporary access restrictions to certain areas or floors. In addition, east (ocean-side) exterior painting is currently scheduled from February 9 through June 19, weather permitting. While rentals are permitted during this time, construction conditions may be disruptive and are outside of our control. Rental rates reflect the uncertainty and risk associated with booking during an active construction period. If disruption experienced during a stay is significantly greater than reasonably anticipated, any additional consideration will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

A cream colored sofa along with several chairs adorn this tranquil space as well as a coastal desk for a quick bit of business before dashing off to the beach. Books, board games, USB charging ports, etc, this condo truly has it all!

Grab your coffee and head out to the spacious private patio which has a dining table with seating for 4. This is also a great place to enjoy your evening cocktail or glass of wine while listening to the sounds of the surf! Walking off the patio, the boardwalk and gorgeous dunes are just steps away. A two minute stroll down path will take you to the huge Sea Dunes Community Pool.

The peaceful master bedroom includes a ceiling fan for comfortable sleeping in the plush king-sized bed and the same splendid views. Additional furniture includes a large dresser providing ample room for clothes, a bedside chest with even more drawer space, and another desk. This placid space also features a flat screen TV. The patio is accessible from this bedroom through glass sliders. An en suite master bath features a sliding barn door, large closet, and a double vanity with a Carrera marble top and tons of counter space and storage. Through a pocket door you'll find a shiplapped water closet complete with a large walk-in shower with subway tile and a glass sliding door.

The cheerful second bedroom includes two double beds, another ceiling fan, as well as a tall dresser and flat screen TV. The closet has plenty of room for clothes and holds a luggage rack and an iron and ironing board. A spacious second bath is located just outside this bedroom and has a combination bathtub/shower with a subway tile surround, a curved curtain rod for extra comfort, and a large vanity with a Carrera marble countertop and tons of storage below.

This soothing escape is directly oceanfront and only steps from the sandy beach. A quick 2 minute stroll will take you to the huge Sea Dunes pool where you can bask in the sun or take a refreshing dip! It's the perfect getaway for anyone! While staying in this luxury vacation condo you can visit the Omni Hotel to enjoy a glass of wine, ride bicycles through the plantation's many trails, take a stroll down to the Plantation's many shops and restaurants, visit the miniature golf course, or rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon. This condo also includes access to double tennis/pickle ball courts just across the street.
