Kitchen has new cabinets, granite countertops, and GE stainless steel appliances. The patio overlooks an updated lush grilling area. You will love the convenience of having the grill only steps away and no need to travel up and down the elevator....just relax on the patio with a beverage and enjoy the view. Large pool and two tennis courts in this gated community. Bring your bikes and lock them in the rack outside your front door.

The main bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, fan, an oceanfront view and room darkening curtains. Don't underestimate the benefit of these curtains if you like to sleep in on vacation. The en suite bathroom has been updated to include a new double vanity with a travertine top, a walk in shower and new tile flooring.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, cable tv, a fan and shutters. We also keep beach chairs, tennis rackets, a shovel, small coolers, a beach wagon and beach toys for your use. The second bathroom is new as of 2025.

The glass top round dining table is perfect for family dinners and game nights.

The living room is oceanfront and has a flat screen TV, DVD player, Queen sleeper sofa, love seat and a chair and ottoman,.....it is perfect for relaxing.

Our favorite spot is the patio....high seating gives you a beautiful view of the ocean. You can stroll out the back and be on the pier, at the pool or on your way to the beach. Try to make it up at least one morning to watch the sunrise and look for dolphins.

The unit also has a stacked washer and dryer. Free Wifi . The SURF restaurant is right across the street....walk to dinner and back. We love to enjoy the music and casual atmosphere.
You'll also be able to enjoy recently resurfaced tennis courts. WIFI is included. We have 5 charging stations throughout the condo.
NO animals are allowed at Amelia By The Sea and this is a NON smoking unit. Smoking is not allowed in the community areas of the property and is not allowed on the beach.
Parking is limited to two vehicles per condo. One space is provided and the second space is first come first served.
Charming, historical downtown Fernandina Beach is just 5 miles away. Enjoy visiting the unique shops, fine & casual dining and nightlife.
Nearby activities include golfing, horseback riding, Fort Clinch, kayaking, surfing, movie theater, fishing, shelling, hunting for sharks teeth and visiting Jacksonville (35 miles South). There is so much to do!
