A perfect get-away

Everything a person could need was found here. They even provided coffee and a basket of snacks. There is a microwave, but no stove, however there is a lovely gas grill on the back porch and also a hottub! Everything was like-new clean. The owners lived in the attached house but I never even saw them. It's a bit of a drive to the beaches, but for the money it was well worth it. I would definitely book again if I found myself in that area.

I had an enjoyable stay at the VRBO. The owners have a very nice and clean apartment for guests that was well equipped with all of the necessities.

Great mini Twins Training trip with great experience at the Quails Nest!!

Quails nest is cozy and comfortable, i might have to upgrade my blankets at home after staying here! The hot tub worked great with outdoor shower for after the beach also. Tom and Lori were great hosts, their guidebook of restaurants and things to do really helped maximize our stay. 10/10 on everything, would highly recommend.

Perfect!

The room was exactly as described. Total privacy. Lori even added a few unexpected but greatly appreciated extras, eg toiletries you might forget to pack. Coffee maker and coffee was excellent! I will definitely be back!

Quick work stay

The place was as described and better than I expected. I would recommend it for two people but could sleep 3 comfortably using a sleeper sofa. I didn’t explore the neighborhood as I was working and needed a place to sleep mostly but the neighborhood was quiet, nice and clean. There is a cool coffee bar in the room and a small kitchenette. It is convenient to food and shopping.

I would like to give a hundred stars for Lari&Tom private studio we stayed for a month in February 2023. If you like a nice place, peaceful environment for taking walks, spacious lanai, hospitable hosts, two barbecues and hot tub. This is your spot! Highly recommended 👍 Pat B.

Perfect efficiency

A lovely, well appointed lodging, head and shoulders above a typical hotel stay, and other online rentals of its kind. Thoughtful homey and decorative touches throughout. Although there was no stove, the kitchen was clean and well stocked. We had no problem getting to the nearby Publix and take out restaurants. We enjoyed all the amenities, including the gorgeous screened in patio where we spent a good deal of time. Terrific hosts, thank you!

Meet Tom and Lori, your gracious hosts! They have been proud residents of Cape Coral for more than 30 years and can't imagine living anywhere else. Together, they have raised four children and are now proud grandparents of fourteen grandchildren. Their home was designed with the attached private efficiency to provide long or short-term rental options for guests. As hosts, Tom and Lori will give you all the privacy you need, but they are always available to help with anything you might need, as they reside in the main house. Lori works as a teacher at a local private Catholic high school, while Tom works as a ride-share driver. They share a love of travel and often take advantage of vacation rentals themselves. With their warm and welcoming personalities, Tom and Lori look forward to meeting you and ensuring that your stay in their guest suite is nothing short of exceptional

This charming unit boasts a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. As you arrive, you'll notice the private entrance that leads you to a cozy space. The unit features a private patio and a shared screened lanai. Additionally, you'll have the convenience of private parking. The small efficiency-like room is surprisingly spacious and sleeps up to four people. You'll find a queen-size bed and a loveseat that converts to either a twin or full-size bed. Inside the unit is a small kitchenette with an apartment-size refrigerator, a sink, a microwave, and dishes for four. If you need a caffeine fix, there's even a coffee bar. Outside on the screened lanai you will find an outdoor kitchen including an induction cooker, grill with side burner, a sink, and a bar all perfect for outdoor cooking and entertaining. The bathroom is well-appointed with a tub/shower, spa shower head, sink, private toilet space, and access to the back porch (with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water). The shared back porch is a true gem, boasting plenty of seating areas, a hot tub for your enjoyment, a fire-pit, the outdoor kitchen, a TV, and ample space to lounge and relax. Whether you're here for a short stay or an extended getaway, this unit has everything you need to feel at home.
