This villa is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac street overlooking the water. The pool area, including the whirlpool, faces south, so you can enjoy the sun all day. The house offers a fully integrated modern kitchen with breakfast bar. Adjacent is a lounge area with a view of the pool deck - it is one of the best examples of indoor-outdoor living. You can slide all the doors aside to enjoy an unrestricted view of the pool area and the waterways. In the outside area there are enough deck chairs and an outside kitchen with grill. The house has a small wooden footbridge for a boat to dock. Ask us for a possible boat rental. Fully tiled makes this house very allergen-friendly. Each room has its own bathroom. The master suite is very private upstairs and offers an exceptional view of the open water. There are bicycles and beach equipment in the house.

Beautiful home

Stayed in this beautiful house with my brothers for a week. The location was wonderful. The house had everything we needed. The pool was great to be in the hot afternoons. Plenty of restaurants and so much to see and do there. We’re definitely come back and stay here again in the future I highly recommend it.

The house is gorgeous!! Almost perfect!! The location, south-facing for sunning & sunsets, the pocket doors that open the lanai up completely to the living / kitchen area are top notch!! This listing says right on it that it has a heated pool and spa. HEATED. NOT the case!! We arrived to a very cold pool and spa. There was a “manual” for the house, and under pool / spa it said “see instructions”. There were NO instructions! We were also told AFTER our payment was received in full, that there’s a 10 per day allowance for electricity, and that the pool / spa cannot be heated at the same time. They did not heat them for us. At the very least, the pool and spa should have been brought up to temp for our arrival. Imagine the electricity we would’ve used trying to heat them!! The following morning, we met with a property manager who had NO IDEA how to work the pool or spa - which had just emptied itself and refilled while we watched in horror. He called someone to try to figure it out. We were able to use the spa 4.5 days out of 7, but not upon waking until we heated it up… and we were not able to use the pool at all. Even the pool service man said it wouldn’t heat up in 2 days!! We were extremely upset by this!! The property manager ignored all of my calls and texts regarding this issue!!!! Loved the house. Did not love the lack of communication and hospitality!!

Family getaway

The house was beautiful and we loved the pool and being on the canal. The boys loved fishing every day. The beds were comfy and we loved all the space. I didn't realize I would be charged for use of power after checking out, so read carefully. Also it's about 50 minutes to Sanibel or Fort Myers, which was much farther than we anticipated. I would recommend the house but there is not a nice beach anywhere close to the house unless you want to drive almost 1 hour It's in a neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Beautiful and very comfortable home on the water!

We loved this home! The views were stunning, plenty of space in the home for a large family. Fully stocked home with linens, cooking utensils, plenty of towels and pool towels, water floaters and fishing pools. We spent most our days outside in the beautiful pool and fishing in the river. The property management team was outstanding. Whenever we had a question or small issue they were there to take care of it with always a smile on their face. We loved the area and plan on coming back. We also rented a boat and docked it at the home, made the days perfect with going out in the water on the boat fishing and catching countless fish. Great home for a family for sure!

6 weeks in heaven

The view is spectacular. It made it easy to overlook the few flaws of this home. Just heads up for anyone renting this, you need to bring your own fire sticks to utilize the TVs in the bedroom. We stayed mid February to April 1. The home needs a good overall cleaning, baseboards, ceilings, etc..

Beautiful home

We loved the home, the pool and hot tub were wonderful. The house was at a great location, with lots of privacy. We did rent a 4 bedroom for a reason and one of the main level king rooms has a loud plastic mattress which was basically unusable. The other beds were quite poor as well. The old comforters should be replaced or discarded. Comfy beds are just so important to guests. Overall the house got a 5 because it’s wonderful during the day and everything worked great! Lots of towels which was a perk!

Beautiful property.

The house was just like in the pictures. Liked that it had two masters. Kati, the owner, was great with communication, as we initially were booked in April, but had to cancel with everything going on. Glad we rebooked! The beds were a little hard/noisy, but we survived. The WiFi didn’t reach out to the pool area, but again minor issue. The view from the pool area is great, and pretty private as there’s the preserve across the canal. Thanks again for letting us stay at your property!
