Enjoy a day out on the lake and come back to a fully equipped cottage with plenty of parking for guests. Enjoy the evening grilling out, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit or on the porch watching the boats go by with a nice bottle of wine. Plenty of room for a friendly game of poker, scrabble, working a puzzle or just relaxing and watching a movie.

Close proximity to public boat launches and local restaurants.

Beautiful place!

This was a beautiful little cottage the scenery was gorgeous being able to wake up take a walk by the lake watch the dogs and watch so many people fish and enjoying the lake the house was beautiful and plenty of room for all of my family.

Great trip!

We had a great stay!! The only downsides were not having access to a dock and the bathroom configuration. Owners were responsive and accommodating! We had such a great time!!!

Our Indian lake weekend getaway

We had such a nice time. This darling cottage was clean, cute and fun! The beds were so comfortable and the layout gave way to tons of laid back activities, like playing games, snacking, being outside, toasting marshmallows all while keeping tabs on the Olympics. A great summer getaway place. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Lakehouse

We had a very nice stay at the lake house. The house is comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and looking at the lake. Being able to have a fire in the firepit was a plus to the weekend.

A Beautiful Place to Stay!

My sister in law and I just wanted to get away for a few days and this was the place to go! A view of the lake. Nice neighborhood and the people were so friendly! Not too far from town and other towns to go visit. The cottage was so beautifully decorated! Allot of amenities. Beds were comfortable. Just a very nice place to stay.

Beautiful cottage. Beautiful neighborhood.

Had a wonderful time. The cottage is so cute and the water view is great. You get a nice breeze off the lake. There are multiple gathering areas inside and out. It was clean and the neighborhood is great. We loved it so much we extended our stay by 2 days.

Awarkward entrances from bedrooms to bathroom. Great kitchen range and island counter. Nice dining area but with our family ages our son ended up sleeping on the couch Very unusual to find dishwasher with dirty dishes and disposal of our own trash and recycling was not a winner.

I apologize for the issue with the dirty dishes and will address this with our cleaning company. As far as the trash and recycling - Logan County has drop off sites for trash and recycling throughout the county and do not have a weekly trash service. Our quirky house was built in the 1930’s and has been thru several renovations over the years including adding a bathroom that it didn’t have which is the reason for the quirky layout. Hope you enjoyed your visit at Indian Lake even with these issues

Wonderful Stay at Indian Lake!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. A beautiful lake view and the cottage had everything we needed for our visit. Very clean property, and the owners were easily accessible for questions that we had. The owners have utilized all the space in this traditional lake cottage to accommodate their guests. We loved that the kitchen and baths were updated but the rustic feel of the cottage remains intact. The property is nicely decorated and the beds are reasonably comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Very relaxing, comfortable get-away

The three of us (sisters) very much enjoyed our stay in Belle Center. Everything we needed (and more!) was provided. Beds were super comfortable with lovely bed coverings and decorations. It is a very quiet neighborhood. Groceries, etc about 15-20 min away. A great place to reconnect with family!

Excellent Rental and Hosts

When we arrived, there was no power in the home. We notified Sarah and Mark and they immediately responded with a text that there was an outage in our area and the estimated time it would be restored. The home itself was clean, very well decorated, and complete with everything we could possibly need. Would love to return to this home for our next girls’ weekend!

Summer 2023

We had a great time. The house was just as we expected and had everything we needed. Time went by too quickly to enjoy all the lake area has to offer. We used the lake access to kayak. We enjoyed a campfire a couple of nights. The front room was great for playing cards. We ate most of our meals in and the kitchen was well-equipped. Would for sure recommend this place and the lake area in general. The host was easy to contact and answered our questions. Great place and great time!

Fun time but too close for comfort

Bathroom and bedroom layout very awkward for 4 ladies. You have to walk through the front bedrooms to access the main and half bath and master bedroom. Not enough privacy even for really good friends. The lake view is fantastic and the porch so relaxing.

Exactly what our family needed

The house was great! We do have the following observations….. Unless your group is very comfortable with each other, you cannot count the house to have two bathrooms. There is no privacy between the toilets, only a bi-fold door. It appears that there are cameras set up in the exterior of the home. Although we understand why an owner may want to be able to monitor their home, as a guest it made us feel uneasy. Once at the house, you learn that trash needs to be taken 15 minutes away to be dumped. However, since the owner was coming to the house that day, they were able to help us with the trash. We needed to reach out twice and the owner was very responsive. All in all, the home was exactly what our family needed last weekend.

We are glad you enjoyed your weekend at our quirky lake house. We are currently working with a contractor to improve the privacy between the bathrooms. The exterior security cameras work much like a Ring doorbell and are only accessed in case of an issue at the property. Logan County has multiple recycling/trash drop off sites throughout the County that are used by County residents. We do supply the required trash bags but do ask our renters to take their trash to one of the convenient sites when they leave. Thank you for staying at our lake house and we hope to see you again some time.
