Newland's Resort: Cozy Channel Front Cottage #1 on Indian Lake with a boat dock

Relax in a comfortable cottage at Newland’s Resort & enjoy beautiful Indian Lake under the shade of mature trees or on the warm sunlit grounds! We are a channel front property that comes with a boat dock and have a boat ramp on site. We have campfire rings and grills. We are across the channel from Froggy's, Tilton Hilton, Acheson's, and a short boat ride from Cranberry Resort, The Donut Shop, and several beaches. We're also a short car ride to ice cream and morning specialty coffees.
The living area includes a reclining leather sofa and chair with a 50" Roku Smart TV,
Spectrum, and WiFi. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a queen and one with a full-size bed. Kitchen area includes refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker. Porch area is enclosed with a dining table and futon overlooking the channel.

Excellent Getaway

Wonderful, clean, quiet cottage with a great channel water view. Enjoyed our stay and John was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very cute, perfect for us 4. Very clean, had everything we needed. It was the perfect spot on the channel with a boat dock right in front of the cottage. A very short ride over to Froggys and other great establishments around the lake. We would highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Great location

This was the perfect getaway for me and my husband. Great location! The cabin was perfect. Everything we needed and very clean. The host was quick at responding to my questions. He happened to be there when we arrived and made us feel welcomed. Would definitely stay here again!!!

This is my go to stay when visiting Indian Lake. Located right behind Froggys, this place couldnt be anymore convenient.

Memories made to last a lifetime!

We're so Thankful to have had our time at Newland's Resort! The host and family were wonderful people! The cottage was so comfortable and clean! It was set up beautifully and offered every comfort of home! The outside area was perfect for my family and I. We spent lots of time at the campfire - casting a fishing line and having a great time! The location was perfect - it was a little hide out close to everything on our list. We plan to visit again because it was a perfect GEM for our vacation! The memories we made filled our hearts! Thanking for hosting US!

Bed Bugs I had about 30 red spots 24 hrs later. We looked it up on the internet and they looked exa

Everything was great but the bits that appeared the next day. They looked exactly like the bed bug picture bites. Most have faded now. Marilyn Young

We are family owned and operated for over 100 years and want nothing to compromise the services we offer to our customers. This has been our 1st notification of this type of concern. Therefore, we have had the situation investigated and thoroughly cleaned, and thankfully the inspector saw no signs of bed bugs. Unfortunately, there are numerous tiny biting insects found around the area this time of year. However, please know we took your concern seriously, and took the steps needed to ensure any problem was taken care of.
