Three Little Birds cozy cottage 10 min from St. George Island and Apalachicola!

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, Three Little Birds is a spacious and comfortable private one bedroom apartment attached to our main home in Eastpoint, Florida. It is located less than a block away from St. George Sound, Apalachicola Bay. Central to Franklin county, a 10 minute drive will take you to beautiful St. George Island or to quaint Apalachicola and picturesque Carrabelle is a just a 15 minute ride away. The entry door is located off a private deck and has a keyless entry lock . The apartment is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and includes a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, coffee bar, and kitchen table that can seat six. It is open to the living area that has a comfy couch with a queen sleeper, a large chair, smart TV, and desk. The bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV and full size washer and dryer. The bathroom has a full size shower. WIFI included. There is a queen size air mattress available. Message us if you have more than four guests.

Our guests have access to the driveway, entire side yard, entry deck and apartment. There is plenty of space for boats or trailers to park.

This apartment shares a concrete block wall with our home. There are locked doors on our side and the apartment side. It has a private entrance, but does share power, air conditioning/heat, and water with our home.

Although we have pets of our own, we are not pet friendly at this time. We recently lost our Goldens but we frequently dog sit our grand pups, a Mini Goldendoodle and a standard size goldendoodle.
