Within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach "Broadwalk" and the beach, guests can enjoy EXCITING activities such as Jet Skiing, Fishing, Sailing, Biking, Golf, and more. Getting a tan, shopping all day, you name it; anything is possible in Hollywood Beach.
Hollywood Beach, Florida is made for sea lovers and sun lovers. There is no better way to experience the beach and the "Broadwalk" than by bicycle. At 2.5 miles, it is perfect for an informal stroll or a bike ride. Segway tours are also available along "Broadwalk". South Beach and Miami are a short drive from our complex.
Named one of the best beach footbridges in the United States by Travel + Leisure Magazine, the "Broadwalk" paved with bricks, as the locals affectionately call it, has two and a half miles of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. With a small-town feel, Hollywood Beach is full of bars and restaurants that cannot be found anywhere else. For a truly local experience, you can't go wrong with The Le Tub Saloon, GG's Waterfront Grill, El Tayta and Taverna Opa.
Getting Around:
● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL):
There are 7.72 miles between FLL and Hollywood Beach.
● From Miami International Airport (MIA):
Hollywood Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA.
In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport.

●A security hold will be placed on the check-in date and released after check-out. Processing time depends on your payment method and financial institutions. For details, please contact the property administrator.

PLEASE NOTE:
● You may experience increased noise on weekdays during the daytime due to ongoing nearby construction.
●There are exterior security cameras on property.
●Guests must complete identity verification and choose between a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit.
●The city will begin work on Georgia Street (between Surf Rd and A1A) starting February 9, 2026. The project will move in phases, beginning with the north sidewalk.
Some sidewalks and nearby parking areas will temporarily close during each phase.
Access to all residences will remain open throughout the project.
Road traffic will stay open until the final phase, when the roadway will fully close for about four weeks.
Essential services such as mail and garbage pickup will continue as usual.
