Welcome to our beautiful home located right on 30A in Seacrest Beach West! Our wonderful 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom, 3 half bathroom home sleeps a total of 22 guests and is just a 1 minute walk away from one of 2 beach accesses! Our home has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and features a spacious, open floor plan. In addition to the 7 bedrooms, there are also 2 bunk areas each with 2 bunk beds, 2 living spaces, and 3 half-bathrooms. There's also a generous sized private pool with a large outdoor entertaining space, gas grill, half bathroom and outdoor shower. The first floor has access to the pool and outdoor entertainment area, a bunk area, and the first 2 guest rooms, both with a king bed.
Upstairs, there are 4 guest bedrooms on the second floor. All have king beds and en suite bathrooms. There is also a second living area with a flat-screen TV. The second bunk area is also on this floor and has built-in twin-over-twin bunks.
The main level of the home is on the third floor. The third floor contains the kitchen and living area, as well as a primary suite. The kitchen and living room feature beautiful, professionally designed cabinetry and lighting. It's fully equipped to prepare a gourmet meal for guests, with combined seating for 20. It leads out to a balcony with more outdoor seating and an incredible view of 30A and the Gulf! The primary suite has a king bed with an en suite bathroom and double vanities.
The outdoor space of the home is just as special as the indoor! There are lounge chairs by the pool that are perfect when you're looking to take a break from the beach and sunbathe at home. There is also a large entertaining area with a flat-screen TV and outdoor dining table. This home also has a 6 person golf cart to make it even more convenient to get to Seacrest or Seaside! This was the perfect home for a large group. Lots of space - huge dining table to accommodate all of us for meals and games! Amy was quick to respond to any questions we had. They have absolutely everything you need for the beach! We loved it!

Amazing

Just got back from a week stay with extended family at this beautiful beach house. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful the house is. It’s a perfect location with access to all the nearby shops and neighborhoods and most importantly the beach. It was an easy walk, but the golf cart was great for taking beach gear. The beach was not overly crowded and we had no trouble finding front row space to set up.We couldn’t get over how well equipped the house was. Particularly all of the beach chairs and umbrellas . You don’t need to bring a thing. And the pool was a great size -which is so rare for these private pools near the beach. The indoor space was gorgeous and plenty of room for our party of 16 to eat together, play games, watch TV or nap. Amy was a fabulous host with quick responses to any questions or concerns that we might have had. We have been coming to 30A for over 25 years and this was our favorite house to date! Just book it!

Awesome Vacation Rental

This property is everything it advertises, and more! Perfect outside area to swim/eat/relax or take a quick walk to the beach with complimentary chairs available to bring along. We used the LSV to grab something at the store and to have fun little rides with the grandkids. Inside - what a view! The elevator was so convenient and washer/dryer on each floor allowed all of us to come home with clean clothes! One of my favorite things was the million beach towels available. I also loved the beach toys, the outside mini fridge, and the ice maker. You can’t go wrong with this property. Thank you Amy for a memorable vacation on 30A!

Friend Trip

There are not enough words to describe how PERFECT this beach house is. They supply you with everything you could possibly think of. The rooms are so spacious & each have their own private bathroom. The kitchen is stunning and the view out of the windows on the 3rd story are beautiful. We were 20 grown adults and felt like we had more than enough room! We all said before we left we will be doing a yearly trip back to 30A and we will always book this house!

Spring break 2025

Five families shared this house for spring break and it was perfect! So much room for everyone to spread out but still be together for meals and karaoke! The bedrooms are spaced nicely with plenty of bathrooms. Beach access was perfect and no issues finding beach a beach spot for our big crew.

Perfect Multi Family Home

We stayed here with 5 other families with kids ranging in age from 4 months to 5 years old. It was perfect for us! A large space for entertaining and the private rooms made sleeping comfortable for everyone. Loved the pool area, which was perfect for entertaining while letting kids swim. The golf cart provided easy access to the beach. The host was very responsive and kind. Would definitely recommend!.

Spring Break

Beautiful, clean home just as pictured. Everything you could need during your stay is provided in the home. Our group of 15 never felt cramped, there was plenty of space for all. If you're travelling with kids there is a great space with 4 bunks and a living area on the second floor. It was perfect for our group of teens. Perfect quiet location in-between the busier towns of Rosemary Beach and Seaside. Beach access is just a minute walk down the road, and this beach was never overcrowded during our stay. While visiting Rosemary Beach one day, we walked down to it's private beach just to take a look, and it was packed. Bikes and an LSV were great to have. And, the host was great... she replied to every question within minutes both before and during the trip. I would definitely recommend this house!

Reunited with Lifelong Friends

Growing up my family and two others spent summers together at the beach, after growing up and starting families of our own it's been hard to find a place that fits us all. We had a wonderful stay in Seacrest and didn't feel crammed at all for a group of our size. The host provided so many resources and was quickly available to answer any questions. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Beach House on 30A!!!

This house has everything you need for your time at the beach! The pool and outdoor area was very inviting! The house is stocked with beach toys, a beach wagon, 2 or 3 beach tents, all the sand castle building tools you could want and more!! The inside of the house is magazine worthy! The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, koozie cups, tumblers for your beach and pool drinks, 2 refrigerator/freezers (one in the garage), the outdoor rocking chairs! This house has it all! We have been coming to the 30A area for 12 years and this house is one of our favorites for sure!! The host was absolutely amazing to work with and communicate with! She even let us know the house would be ready for an early check in! Cannot say enough good things about Amy and her beautiful home!!

Wonderful Family vacation! Grandkids and parents and Memaw and Papa were thrilled!

Beautiful property! Very spacious and clean! Great upstairs for our families to gather and eat meals and visit! Beautiful ocean view! Fresh and clean! The bunk spaces were great for grandkids. Plenty of space and nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. Laundry rooms on each floor which was very helpful ! Very easy access to the beautiful beach! We want to come again!

This was a beautiful home! Absolutely the best stocked home we have ever rented on 30a! Amy, the owner, was extremely helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. The golf cart was the best one we have ever driven! The added bonus of supplied high chair and pack n play was perfect for my great niece!

Fantastic House!!!

We absolutely loved everything about this house! We do a family Christmas trip each year, and the house was perfect for the whole group! It was so spacious and beautifully decorated! The floor plan was perfect for big groups and the house was fully equipped with everything we could have possibly needed to enjoy our stay. It was not just a rental, it was an experience! We appreciated all the little details they did to make it such a special place for their guest. We were looking at a few rentals and I am SO GLAD we picked this one! The owners were so easy to work with and the house was perfect! We were already planning our next trip there before we left!

If you are thinking of staying at SunKissed at Seacrest - BOOK NOW!!! The detail that Amy and her husband have put into this home are unmatched. The home is actually way bigger in person than it is in photos (and it is big in photos). From the fully stocked spice cabinet, to the ample amount of beach towels, and the beautifully decorated home, the golf cart, I could go on and on about how amazing this house was. I 20/10 Recommend this house and I look forward to renting this beautiful home again.

One of the best furnished properties on 30A this property has multiple King suites, perfect for your group or family getaway! My group had a wonderful stay. The living area with epic views of the Gulf made for lifelong memories. The space was decorated in a perfect coastal modern decor and was laid out perfectly so each couple felt as if they were in paradise. Highly recommend!

Our best stay ever!

Our week at Sunkissed was absolutely our best vacation on 30a. Our family of twenty enjoyed every aspect of this beautiful home. Roomy, clean, well stocked, close to the beach, the amazing outdoor entertainment area, the view, the communication with the property manager….all exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to visit again and book Sunkissed, our favorite vacation home.

This house is perfect for large groups or multiple families. With two large common areas, private bathrooms for most rooms, and laundry on each level, we were able to enjoy a large family stay comfortably. The owner responds promptly. We would love to stay again!

We have stayed all along 30A, and have come to love this location. Why you may ask? If you stay directly in the town areas, which we did for many years, you will fight the crowds for everything. A parking spot, a place on the beach (you might find yourself 5 rows back during peak season), and even walking around. At Sunkissed at Seacrest you'll find yourself just far enough removed from the crowded chaos of Rosemary or Seaside, and yet just close enough that if you desire to visit for a bit and bike down to grab an ice cream cone then return to your peaceful sanctuary, you can do so with ease!
Our beach access, even during the peak summer weeks like the 4th of July, rarely has more than 3 rows of beachgoers. We also have limited beach service chairs, so it isn't difficult to arrive early and get your own spot right at the waters edge.

Our home is the icing on the cake. It has so much room for everyone to spread out, and at the same time has the perfect family area on the 3rd floor for everyone to gather. With a large dining table for a big family meal, as well as a bar to seat more, you can feel confident that you'll be able to entertain all the guests in the home.
Finally, the pool and outdoor entertaining area is the cherry on top. Tired of the beach, or want to make sure you don't miss the game, head on out to the pool and watch TV while the kids swim and you grill out. Truly this house has everything you could possibly imagine. It's why we fell in love with it and are sure you will too.
