Steve (Owner) has over twenty years experience owning/managing rental property. What he has found to be the most rewarding part of his journey is the opportunity to help others find a home that will meet and/or exceed their needs.

In 2021, Steve decided it was time to take the next step in his journey and dive into vacation rentals. His goal is that when you stay in a Martin Global Property, you will feel it is your home away from home. He loves to travel and by owning/offering vacation rental properties around the world, he is able to enjoy the luxury accommodations he has come to expect while also affording others the opportunity to indulge in all Martin Global has to offer. After all, home is where the heart is!

Allyson (Property Manager) is an aspiring travel connoisseur. She's loved travel and adventure for as long as she can remember and is always up for a challenge. Many of her adventures have come through outreach and mission trips. Allyson is experienced in interior design, property management, and event planning.

As the property manager/interior designer for MGP, she desires to create memorable spaces that will leave our guests feeling their stay with us was more than just a place to lay their heads but rather an unforgettable experience they'll want to return to. Like Steve, she wants Martin Global Properties to be your first stop when looking for your home away from home. After all, home is where the heart is!

Why not? :) Just beachy is located in Hot Springs Village, AR -A master planned community with an abundance of amenities! The home is creatively decorated with your comfort in mind! Ideally it sleeps four on the two queen beds, but a fifth person could sleep on the trundle in the guest room and an airbed is provided for parties up to six. The upper deck has a hammock and table seating for four. The lower patio has comfortable outdoor furniture with a coffee table and cute décor.
