Welcome to Serenity on the Gulf!
Serenity on the Gulf is a secluded, serene, and rejuvenating experience.  You will be encompassed by breath taking views of the Gulf and ocean air breeze.  Nothing but absolute perfection.  Your journey can be just that or you can also explore the many attractions Ocean Springs offers such as museums, festivals, boating, golfing, shopping, casino, fishing, breweries, nature tours, and spas.  The dock is ideal for fishing, crabbing, or sitting and enjoying a cold beverage. The 2 car garage underneath the house has been converted to a massive game room that includes ping pong table, foosball, jenga, ring game, pretend kitchen and play food for the little ones, and much more for you to enjoy indoors or outdoors. We are looking forward to hopefully hosting you.

Friend Time

The check in, check out process was a breeze. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions. A few things that need attention 1. The master bedroom mattress was extremely hard. 2. The kitchen could use a few more utensils. Over all, would return for another stay.

Great quiet spot

Wr loved our stay! Was perfect for our family of 6. Kids loved eating breakfast every morning on the porch and seeing the water and even making it back for dinner at sunset one night. Erica was great and even last minute we added a day and she had no problem adjusting for us

Oasis of Serenity

This place lived up to the pictures but to stay for a week was to really sink in to the beautiful views and calming waves. The porch was a huge daily hit with my elderly parents loving the multitude of pelicans and seagulls actively fishing in front of them. They enjoyed the visit of dolphins right at dock. The upstairs view from the main suite is amazing!

Thanksgiving in Ocean Springs 2022

We had a wonderful time at Serenity on the Gulf. The house is just beautiful, well stocked and very clean. Everything you need to make great memories. The host was great to communicate with and made sure to check on us during our stay. The view is incredible and the porch is great for relaxing, We enjoyed playing corn hole and hanging out in the yard. We will definitely return for another stay. It was a great week!!!

gulf getaway

This is an ideal location to relax and enjoy time with family. The house is very clean, comfortable beds, great set up with extra's. My fav is the view and the porch !! Erika is friendly and easy to work with, and responds promptly, she was very helpful when we had travel difficulties and also coordinated the delivery of a baby bed for us.. We will be back !!!

Mississippi Bliss

We came to this VRBO location to visit relatives in nearby Gautier. The property owner was especially communicative and we have stayed at several vrbos. We loved our four days there so much that we opted to book again in the same month. I won't spoil your trip by giving all the amenities, but this family definitely wants your experience at their home to be as good as theirs. If you stay here, definitely sit out at the end of the pier on a moonlit night alone or with your family. We plan to visit again and highly recommend this beautiful house on the oceanside.

2nd verse, same as the first.

For our second stay we brought our older teenagers to join us for a family function in Gautier, MS. They felt it was a serene, quiet place. Just lovely. There is a store just up the road about 2-3 miles up along with a gas station and a liquor store for wine. Try Woodys restaurant for a casual, fun lunch or dinner in Ocean Springs. Thanks for being great hosts!

We enjoyed our stay!

We were in town for a convention and booked the house to do some fishing and relax on our off time. House was excellent. We caught hundreds of small catfish but the water is only a foot deep. Our remote control bait dropping boat could only go out 1500 feet from shore before losing signal. Depth at 1500 feet from shore was 4.8 feet. Dont expect to shark fish from here. Other than that the house is perfect! Would stay here again!

Beyond our expectations.

We found this gem of a house by luck. We could not believe it was available for our trip. As soon as we walked into the house we were amazed how well the photos matched the actual house. There was plenty of room for our family of 7. Literally everything we needed was provided for us. I loved how well stocked the house was. From the kitchen having everything you need to prepare a meal to the toiletries in case you forgot something. The house was super clean and the views every morning watching the dolphins swim in the gulf just beyond the dock were amazing. All the games kept the children and adults entertained throughout the stay. Every detail was put into this house and we will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Not a 5 star

The beds were horrible. The refrigerator handle was missing, the grill was filthy, not usable. All of the games and tables in garage were either broken or filthy. And steps had rot. Thankfully we did not bring the family. The carpets were filthy. I have pictures of all that I mentioned

I’m really sorry that you had that experience and would like to apologize. That is not the kind of experience that we strive to deliver. The cleaners have been fired and we are in the process of a complete overhaul including the floors, beds, new grill, fixing the freezer, and all new games. We hope you will consider staying in the future once everything has been updated to a 5 star standard. My deepest apologies again.

Perfect stay for our family!

Our stay at serenity was beyond our expectations!!! It is a beautiful property in a beautiful part of town. I always knew ocean springs has hidden gems tucked away, and this is one of them, it's about 20 minutes from downtown, far enough for a quiet retreat. The house comes equipped with everything you can think of as if you live there. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the amenities for a chef to cook! We enjoyed all the entertainment options downstairs below the house, corn horn, ping pong tables and sooo much more, the house can sleep upto 9 people because the host has 2 roll away beds tucked away in the closet. My only concern is how hot the master bedroom gets, we kept the windows closed with the Roman shades and blackout curtains, and fans running, but lost the view majority if the time to keep it cooler upstairs to sleep at night, we kept the temp as low as the host allowed it but it was still too warm for us. I guess we can't help that heat travels up! But other than that the rest of the house remained nicely cool and comfortable for the duration of our stay! We will come back!!!

Amazing stay!

We loved staying here! We enjoyed sitting on the porch to watch the sunrise and throughout the day. The pelicans are so much fun to watch and we were thrilled to see the dolphins feeding off the end of the pier. There was an issue with the HVAC and the property owners had technicians in immediately the same day. The suite on the upper level was truly decadent.

Amazing home with incredible views!

Our stay was great! Accommodated everyone well and owner Erica really added little touches to make it feel homie. Communication was great, very attentive. I would definitely not recommend swimming in the water, but we enjoyed fishing and crabbing, will for sure be back!

"Beautiful, Relaxing & Fun!"

The property and surrounding areas are breath taking! It felt closer to home than any other place we've stayed! The host was great and everything that was stated in the entry information process, was to the point when we arrived. Loved the place, we will consider it again and definitely recommend it!!!
