The space was very nicely decorated and enjoyable. I liked the touch of extra toiletries in the bathroom. It was also nice and cool and well ventilated to come back to. Perfect for a couple to spend a few days!

This is a well maintained, very clean little property, conveniently located. The owner was super responsive and helpful for a couple of minor needs/questions we had while we were there. We would definitely stay again.

Cute and near the beach

Great location. Close to the beach and strip but far away enough it was quiet. Host was very responsive with all questions.

So close to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. Gail provided communication and suggestions that helped make us feel welcome. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo- Great Host

We had some glitches with electricity but the host was quick to reply and make adjustments. It was appreciated. The location was fantastic. There was great parking and we were close to everything.

Small but awesome!

This efficiency is located close enough to the boardwalk to walk to your favorite spot but separate enough to get a good nights rest. The private parking is awesome, the bed is a little small but I’m also 6’1 225 lol… but it was very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again, Gail was very attentive to my request and ensure our trip was great from start to finish.

Beach get away

Love it great spot! Very cute and charming place, just needs a few things updated/ Fixed. There definitely was an electric issue, the AC kept turning off and on when it wanted too most of the outlets weren’t working, the bathroom ceiling fan need some work was falling out when we got there. Also the door needs to have a better lock it took us 6 or 7 try’s to lock it or unlock it. But other than that’s it was super cute and we had a great stay, very clean and close to everything which was amazing!

Extremely Disappointed

My husband and I booked this property back in July and paid in full for a 2 night stay. On the day of our arrival I reached out to the host on our way to the property and received no response with arrival directions. Once we arrived, still with no response, I sent another message letting her know we were at the property and asked for her to call with instructions.. No response. There was another couple that kindly asked their host for the phone number of our host (which matched the number associated with the number VRBO provided) When I tried to call, it went straight to voicemail. I left a kind voicemail asking for a return call even though at this point we were extremely frustrated because we were waiting for hours and nowhere to stay. VRBO lodged us for the night at another location and we were left on our own to find another spot to stay the 2nd night. I would advise anybody who uses this host to reach out BEFORE paying in full and before day of arrival so you still have the chance to get your money back. VRBO has been great and will be proceeding to get our full refund. This host disappointed us and I would not recommend her to anybody. I’m writing this and more than 48 hours has passed and I still have no received any kind of acknowledgment that we even booked a stay at her property or any kind of apology.

Stephanie, I am so upset about all of this. I did write to you but I think you already submitted your review. This NEVER happens. There was a complete breakdown in my communications. I was sending messages and not realizing they didn't go through. By the time my phone caught up with your messages it was too late. I had sent the check-in directions however they didn't go through. I am completely mortified about this whole situation. I am in support of you receiving a total refund and am so upset this happened. I truly hope you were able to find accommodations. Such an awful situation-- sorry doesn't seem to cut it. Please check out my other reviews---this has never happened before and WILL NOT EVER happen again. Stephanie if there is any way of me to make this up to you let me know-- I would gladly host you a free night or two. Again my sincerest apologies. Gail

Wonderful little spot!

This property was close enough to everything you want from Hampton that you didn't have to use the car, yet was away from the main drag enough that it wasn't obnoxiously noisy at night. There's a dedicated parking space under the building right next to the stairs. Parking is little tight so if you've got a large vehicle you may have a problem if the place is fully occupied. This unit is on the 3rd floor which was great because there was nobody above us! However if you have a problem with stairs, this likely isn't the place for you. The unit itself is very quaint, clean, and provided everything we needed for our 2 night stay. I could see staying here for a longer vacation without issue. Gail had everything we could want/need in the unit. While the bed is somewhat small (I think it's a full or maybe a small queen), it was comfortable. There's a small table w/two chairs in the room as well as one on the catwalk outside the sliding door to the unit. A small refrigerator/freezer helped us keep our beverages cold and there was a sink, cooktop, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker (not Keurig type) in the kitchenette area along with your basic kitchen cutlery, dishes, glasses, etc. The bathroom was spacious and had everything you need including towels, soaps/shampoos/conditioner and a hair dryer. There's also plenty of cleaning supplies so you can clean up after yourself during your stay. The AC was operational and kept the unit cold enough although the larger ceiling fan helped a lot to keep the air circulating which was great! There's also a skylight in the vaulted ceiling which made the unit bright. It was decorated very cute and felt very welcoming. There is WiFi in the unit but no cable TV (that we found anyways) although there is plenty of streaming options should you want to watch something. Gail was very attentive to messages and provided answers to any questions we had. Overall, we had a great stay here and appreciated having such a wonderful place to end our days after visiting the beach, watching the fireworks, and enjoying the night life. Hoping to book again in the future.

Annual Spot Now!

We live only an hour away, but decided to spend the night because we love Hampton Beach. We had a great time walking around Ocean Blvd, listening to music and being around all the lively people, but were so happy to come home to our quaint apartment. Very quiet, off the beaten path but you can throw a rock and hit the ocean. We will be back next year. Gail is wonderful, she did a great job making sure we had everything we needed!! We received our check in code the morning of so don't fret - she will send!
