Accessibility - 3 floors above street level. Elevator (10 steps to elevator)

Apartment description - 2 bedroom newly remodeled apartment with 1 bathroom. One full bathroom, with shower, toilet, sink. Complete kitchen including dishwasher, oven, microwave oven and full-size refrigerator. Master bedroom with 135 x 200 cm bed. 2nd bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190cm).

Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
A/C and heating.
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.

For maximum comfort this apartment has central air conditioning and heating.

Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.

Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.

Noise levels - The apartment faces away from the street, into an ample interior courtyard.

Occupancy - The apartment is ideally suited for 4 people. It can sleep up to 6.

Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE in our office when you arrive before check in or depart after check out time. We have our office in the building next door.

The place is located at a very short walking distance from the main amenities of Barcelona. We really enjoyed it. The greeter was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. The bed sheets and pillows were soft and comfortable. Exactly what we have them in our house.

Great location in Eixample, lots of great restaurants, bars, breakfast spots and short walk/bus journey to all top spots. Apartment was well equipped, clean and spacious. Only disappointment was the roof terrace which wasnā€™t the best, needs some work but the apartment itself was great.

Wonderful place. Fantastic location. Great neighborhood. Excellent Coffee Shop (The Miners) around the corner. Very clean and nicely appointed. Very pleasant views. Nice rooftop deck. The owners were very helpful with communications and check-in procedures. We were able to store our luggage safely before we checked in. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is a charming apartment with many original features. It is in a great location for exploring Barcelona. Walking distance to the Sagrada Familia, twenty minute max public transit ride to nearly anywhere else you might want to visit. Apartment is spacious, well equipped and very quiet. Great local restaurants nearby, especially for breakfast/brunch.

Amazing location, beautiful building and apartment, clean and comfortable. Everything you need and the rooftop terrace was a lovely bonus. Walking distance to everything and the metro is just a few minutes walk if you need it. In the city centre but quiet inside the apartment, we did not hear any street or traffic noise. Lilliana was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We had the best stay here! Would recommend to anyone staying in Barcelona.

Family of four had the perfect stay enjoying Barcelona

Family of four (kids aged 10 and 13) just had an amazing long weekend in Barcelona. This apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable. We loved the Spanish feel and even the sounds from the nearby apartments were great, we felt like we were having a true Barcelona experience! Plenty of taxis nearby and so many great places to eat within 5-10 minutes walk. Highly recommend!

Good location

The flat is in a good location. Decor lovely and traditional. Quite spacious for a group of three. The main bedroom was quiet at the back of the flat. The second bedroom was a little noisy with the lift shaft next door!

Great location

We had stayed in the same building earlier in our trip. Itā€™s a wonderful location to explore Barcelona on foot. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Being in the courtyard side of the building meant it was quieter than our last street-facing apartment. Great spot.

Barcelona break

Apartment was in an excellent location and perfect for our needs. Little noisy at times but that was only one night. Very close to transport links and within walking distance of Sagrada FamĆ­lia. Apartment had everything you need incl dishwasher, washing machine and oven. Overall we had an excellent time.

Beautiful apartment in good location

My husband, two sons and I had a great stay in this apartment. Full kitchen, great roof terrace, lots of shops and restaurants right out the door, lovely dining area. Washer/dryer was great (though confusing for this American, I had to google instructions-would be good to have more than just the wash function sheet there!). Great place to stay in Barcelona.

Donā€™t be fooled by the charming photos

This was not an enjoyable stay in a run-down apartment that isnā€™t representative of the photos. The living room is barely furnished with an oldLeather sofa and a very uncomfortable wicker chair. The bedroom with twin beds (without a window) is so tight that my daughters had to keep their suitcases in the entry hall. The kitchen is funky as well with a bare minimum of dishes and utensils and the bathroom wastiny and the shower was teeming with mold. We left a day early for better accommodations. Keep looking!

Classic appartement Eixample

Very nice spacious appartment in the center of Barcelona. Easy to reach by metro, shops for groceries etc nearby. We were only a bit disappointed by second room with the 2 seperate beds; they were not that comfotable and next to the elevator .The walls are quite thin so you can hear yourneighbours. But the fact that you are in the city center next to all the great things to visit is a big PLUS!

Lovely rooftop deck with view

Owners were good about storing our luggage until the apartment was ready. There are a few steps to access the elevator but, fortunately, a building resident kindly helped with our luggage. The apartment was bright and comfortable. Nothing fancy but more than adequate. The beds were comfortable. We did have an issue with heat so the only really warm room was the glass inclosed dining area which the sum warmed. The front bedroom was also quite noisy as you could easily hear every noise in the stairway. Bring earplugs! The area was very convenient with shops and restaurants and a quick walk to the Sagrata Familia, which is also visible from the rooftop deck.

Not good at all

The photos are misleading. The apartment really isnā€™t great. Tired, uncomfortable beds and furniture. Worst of all is the second bedroom. There as an internal death trap window that the kids found, that scared the hell out of us. I wish I could post photos of it on here. Unbelievable. No warning from the owners that it was there and no apparent way to lock it safely. Also from the 2nd bedroom you can hear the lift going up and down all night. We stayed one night and left the next morning cancelling 3 nights. Wrong that I only got back 50% of the booking. I would avoid.
