The space
The Old Murph Guesthouse is an 800sqft private accessory dwelling unit with 2 beds & 1 bathroom. The space features brand new appliances, cabinetry, countertops, hardwood floors, bathroom, and everything you would expect from a modern new construction.

Both rooms have comfortable queen Tuft & Needle mattresses. The beds also include an assortment of pillows for different sleeping preferences.

Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, extra rolls of toilet paper are all provided.

The kitchen is. stocked with necessities such as: brand new fridge with filtered water & ice maker, pots, pans, coffee maker, French press, toaster.

All necessary dishware is provided: silverware, plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses.

There is a small fenced side yard for guests who would like to take their dogs to use the restroom. Please keep pick up after your dogs.

Other items to note:
The main house is also rented on a short-term basis. While you may not run into others, please be considerate that the main house may have guests at the same time as you.
Please no pets on the furniture.
The guest house is above the garage. Potential to hear garage door opening/closing as other guests arrive & depart.
