Great weekend trip

We booked this property for a friends 30th birthday. 5 adults, a 2 years old, and a dog and we all enjoyed out stay immensely! Property location was perfect, and we enjoyed having a full kitchen and the hot tub!

Beautiful and clean home, responsive host, prime quiet location

The house is very clean and welcoming. We traveled with a pup, and the backyard it’s accommodating for a dog. We had a minor issue and the hosts were very responsive and resolved the problem quickly. The location is prime if you want to relax in a quiet neighborhood and have a short walk to the river. Thank you for hosting us!

This home is beautiful. The host is very welcoming, friendly, accommodating and flexible. Excellent communication! The home was well stocked! We enjoyed the bikes that are provided with the rental. I would highly recommend this property and will stay here again.

Enjoyable Sunrivr House

House was clean, in great shape and on a nice quite street. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking gear and dinnerware to take care of our large family. Great to have extra games such as ping pong and corn hole. Hot tub was top notch. One of the best VRBOs I have stayed at. We would definitely stay there again.

Thoughtful hosts, perfect getaway spot!

We are a group of 7 adults who wanted a quick nature getaway. We loved our stay at Kinglet's Nest! The house was spacious and clean. The amenities were as described. The hot tub was LOVELY, easy to use, and clean. We also loved riding the bikes and playing ping pong. So much thought has gone into setting up this home. We will keep Kinglet Nest in mind for future stays!

Sunriver Family trip

We had a great time staying at this Kinglet home. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen had everything you need, great BBQ, easy communication with the owners, well located as well. Easy check in and check out.The only minor issue was that the vinyl floors left everyone with dirty feet -- an easy fix for the owners to clean for future guests. Of the 6 bikes, a couple of them had tire issues that the owner volunteered to cover rentals while they get them fixed. We did not take advantage of that -- but it was so nice of them to offer.Overall, we had a great time staying here and recommend it for any family or group time to share.

We’re so glad you had a great time and appreciated the comfy beds, stocked kitchen, BBQ, and easy check-in/out. Just a quick note—we actually have 7 bikes at the home, and all of them are now inspected/tuned up for future guests. As for the floors—we hear you on the “gray socks” issue! While the floors are cleaned thoroughly, we’re actively looking into solutions to help with that feeling underfoot. Thanks again for your kind words and for being such gracious guests. Our stay was Sat Jan 24 -Sun 25. The stay was ok only had a couple glitches, ie there was no HDMI CABLE between the dvd player and tv in the living room and the remotes were a little tricky to figure out but understandable. Also noticed there was no controller in the holder that is mounted on the wall in the master bdrm for the heat pump. Although there was one in the adjacent bedroom. It just made me worry I might get charged for a missing controller. ( maybe the one controller is standard). Over all thank you much.

Thank you for staying with us and for the thoughtful feedback. We are glad you had an overall good stay. The HDMI cable for the DVD player is indeed connected and ready to go in the living room, though we agree the remotes can sometimes feel like they have a small learning curve of their own. For the heat pump, rest assured that each room has its own independent controller. The black controller labeled “AC” is in the master bedroom, and the extra one in the adjacent room is standard—no missing controllers, no charges, and no need for worry on that front. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and thank you again for choosing to stay with us.

Everything We Wanted

...Including snow, which I had hoped for our family get together the week after Christmas. We were welcomed into the home by a Christmas tree which was an unexpected surprise! Nicely remodeled and decorated. Very clean. Kitchen which was well stocked with cookware, utensils and ample dishware and glasses for a large group. The rooms were individually heated which was a bonus since each of us has individual preferences and we made full use of the gas fireplace in the living room. The furniture was comfortable which is not necessarily true of all rentals and the beds and bedding, I thought, were exceptional. The host, Vic, was quick to respond to questions and easy to deal with which we appreciated.All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely book again.

Hosting Karen was an absolute joy! They were not only courteous and respectful but also left our place in fantastic shape. If you’re lucky enough to have Karen as your guest, you’re in for a treat. Highly recommend and would love to host them again anytime at The Kinglet's Nest
