Just down the hill and across the golf course from the renowned Omni Grove Park Resort and Spa, small 1BR apartment provides an amazing location at an affordable price. It is situated in a classic 1920s dwelling, originally the home of author Thomas Wolfe's sister Mable and her husband. This small, quiet unit has its own private entrance at the side/back of the dwelling and its own small porch under the trees.

You will be extremely well located for beautiful walks, and only a mile and a half from Asheville's vibrant downtown area. There are numerous restaurants within easy walking distance as well. Be sure to walk up the hill to explore Grove Park Inn (Omni) - dine there, have a drink, or just stroll with a coffee to experience this magnificent structure.

The apartment is compact, but consists of a living room, small bedroom area with built-in full size bed, full kitchen and bath. It maintains the charm and character of yesteryear while still providing basic modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable. It is not luxury by any means, but loaded with charm.
Parking is available on street adjacent to dwelling.
