Our brand new, modern and comfortable apartment is located in the classy neighborhood of Paleo Faliro, just 350m from Edem beach. T6 Tram or A2 bus will get you to Downtown Athens within 30'. It is ideal for families, couples or friends that prefer a quiet and relaxing apartment with every amenity you might need for a pleasant stay. The flat can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Two may sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Our balcony overlooks the yard in front of our building. The apartment has been fully renovated in May 2022. It is 80m² and it is located on the first floor. There are some stairs in the entrance but since there's a ramp sideways, the property is fully wheelchair accessible. It consists of two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped and modern kitchen, a bathroom and additionally it has a balcony overlooking Mouson street. Both bedrooms have double beds with brand new mattresses that will ensure a pleasant night’s sleep. Two more people can sleep on the sofa that can be converted to a comfortable double bed. Living room and the two bedrooms have A/Cs and smart TVs with Netflix. You may also find and use our washing machine and dishwasher located in the kitchen.
