Sage Hill is a newly constructed modern barn-style house in Noyac, Sag Harbor, a private neighborhood street that ends with a cul-de-sac. Sag Harbor is one of the most charming and unique hamlets of the Hamptons, particularly because of its marinas, waterfront parks, and restaurants.
Around a 2-hour drive from New York City, summer vacationers call Sage Hill home every August and enjoy all that the Hamptons have to offer.
AROUND TOWN
Take a long stroll along Sag Harbor's Main Street. Spot an Osprey’s nest, grab a Big Olaf’s homemade ice cream on Long Wharf, or read a John Steinbeck novel on one of the many beaches to choose from minutes away—-Havens Beach, Long Beach, or Sag Main Beach. Two popular hiking trails include Elizabeth Morton Nature Preserve and Trout Pond, within minutes of the house.
