Relax in the Schleiblick apartment house between your excursions

During your filming trip, you spend the night in the Schleiblick-Apartmenthaus Karschau in 13 apartments with different rooms, all with TV, kitchen and bathroom. Some of the units have their own entrance. Just outside the front door you can enjoy your free time and the beautiful landscape on the Schlei on our large lawn with water access. At the campsite opposite, you can rent boats, bicycles or canoes for trips or bike rides.

In the footsteps of the "country doctor" in Kappeln and Karschau

The Schleswig-Holstein city Kappeln is called in the series of ZDF "Der Landarzt" Deekelsen. There, just a five-minute drive from the Schleiblick apartment in Karschau, you will also experience the Slime Museum, the Amanda Mill and the Museum Harbor. The entire region along the Schlei invites you to discover and relax in a wonderful landscape.

Picturesque film and cinema scenery in and around Karschau

Kappeln serves as a movie set as well as Eckernförde, Süderbrarup or Flensburg. During your holiday in our Schleiblick apartment house, you are in the midst of those scenes that were and are filmed right here against the backdrop of the early flowering yellow rapeseed fields, in front of dense forest stands and along picturesque riverbanks. Highlights of your voyage of discovery to "The Country Doctor" or "The Fishermen" are various inns and restaurants and estates, some of which are quite hidden and in some cases only partially open to the public.

Turn your own film into a real backdrop

The series trip to Karschau, Kappeln, Süderbrarup or Maasholm creates a very special holiday atmosphere with a recognizable value. However, you do not play a prescribed role, but your own role of discovery. Travel like "Der Landarzt" along the Schlei shores, enjoy the Angler steam train, or visit the Schleimuseum to learn more about the history behind the northern German, idyllic film set in Schleswig-Holstein.

Culinary delights in hidden "Gasthof-Perlen" of the Schleiregion

The serial pub "Asmussens Kneipe" is located in Kappeln and is actually called "Aurora". In Ulsnis you will find not far from the Giant also the filming inn "Maren Jantzens Gasthof" from the country doctor series. The Café Lindauhof in the film scenery of the country doctor's office offers you refreshment during your series and scenery trip with departure point Schleiblick-Apartmenthaus. Also recommended is the "Wiesnerhof" - in reality Hof Pageroe - in Ekenis or "Hinnerksens Hof" (Holländerhof) in the village Wagersrott.
