Great place to get away!!!

Having an awesome lake view with magnificent sunset and quick access to a lake and trails created an overall a great experience, enjoed every monite!

Game Weekend

Perfect location to stay while in town attending Auburn football. Very picturesque and comfortable location.

Whisky Ridge

Beautiful place Be prepared for intense stairs very steep Driveway and incredibly nosy neighbors. I wouldn’t recommend for small children or elderly guests at all Also I would have a 4x4 with a decent sized motor and be prepared to back down the driveway and it only has 4 spots Very cool house with incredible view!!!

Whiskey Ridge on Lake Martin

This home on Lake Martin has a beautiful view, is spacious and has all the amenities you could wish for. One thing to note, which wasn’t clear from the listing when we rented, the house is over 25 steps down from the parking area. While this was a concern I had before booking, we didn’t have many options so I didn’t ask ahead of time as I should have. We had some issues with cleanliness when we checked in, but it was corrected the following morning and the property manager followed through on refunding our cleaning fee. Overall it was a great stay.

Failure to Maintain upkeep

This stya would have been perfect had it not been for the lack of some lights, hotwater in the downstairs suite, abd overflowing septic tank. My brother and his wife and daughters stayed in the suite downstairs. It was the perfect space for them. However they had to walk upstairs to use the showers. Then due to the backed up septic tank, their toilet downstairs clogged, and sewage backed up into the shower down there which lead to a foul smell. The smell of sewage was wrapped around the house outside by the time we left. The hot water tank was never fixed/replaced before of during our stay. Our vacation had to be interrupted by maintenance who did nothing but take a look. Maintenance was polite. I'm not upset at them. I'm sure they did what they were able to. However, I do not believe 360 destinations did all they could to fix the issue. My family and I had to deal with a hazardous situation because this property has been neglected. This is not acceptable and I hope they maintain the property properly before renting to anyone else. This vacation was an expensive outrage.......... so much for summer vacation.

Amanda, We are so sorry that you had to deal with these issues during your vacation. We do not take problems like this lightly. We hope that the partial refund we sent your way helped to make up for some of the trouble and discomfort you and your family endured. The owner was notified of all of your complaints and we will make sure these things are addressed ASAP. We do not have complete control of all of the repairs as we are not the owners of the property - just the rental managers. The homeowner makes all of the repair decisions and we do all we can to communicate issues and call maintenance when we are notified of issues. We can let you know that the owner has blocked off the house for the next 2 weeks in order to make the needed repairs to the home. On behalf of the property owner and 360 Destinations please accept our sincerest apologies. We hope that you were able to enjoy your time out on the lake while you were staying with us and that the partial refund will make this less of a burden. Libby & The 360 Destinations Team

Wow

We absolutely loved this property! Very clean & well kept property! The downstairs suite was amazing! Loved how we had privacy. The only reason they got a 3 star on the communication with property manager was it would take them a little while to get back to us. Which is understandable, but would’ve been better if they could’ve responded quicker. The property driveway is very very very steep and there are a lot of stairs; however this is listed in the description. So be prepared for that. Loved that they had lighting throughout the rock stairs! Thank y’all!
