The herring gull is very family-friendly: the white sandy beach of the OstseeResort Olpenitz and the Weidefeld sandy beach are within walking distance. An adventure playground is also within walking distance. The green area around the house invites you to play and linger, while children's equipment with a baby bathtub, baby bed, baby seat and children's dishes ensures maximum comfort and entertainment during your stay. Stair grills on both the top and bottom and secured sockets ensure safety.

The view falls through floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts on beautiful water scenery. At every level, the holiday home has a terrace with a slice view and high-quality furniture. Whether at a convivial barbecue or a romantic candle light dinner, the sunsets are breathtaking. The highlight: the large 360 ° roof terrace with all-day sun and "overview".

The relaxation area of the holiday home is on the first floor. In two bedrooms, guests can fall asleep and wake up with a water view. The master bedroom is oriented towards the loop and is furnished with a double bed. With a morning coffee you can watch the natural spectacle on the adjacent terrace when duck, swans and wild geese awaken. The second bedroom offers a view of the sailing and sports boat harbor of the OstseeResort Olpenitz and has two single beds that can be flexibly pushed together.

Also on this level is the fully equipped bathroom with a water view.

A guest toilet on the ground floor provides additional comfort.

Two parking spaces and a separate bike shed are available directly in front of the house.

Our favorite spot: terrace hopping - having a morning coffee on the bedroom terrace, sunbathing on the roof terrace and after a long walk on the beach, then initiating a barbecue on the water terrace on the ground floor - that's vacation!
