In the far north, the floating house Small Island is at home and is located in OstseeResort Olpenitz on Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and Baltic Sea on the jetty.

Water, where the eye reaches. Through floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows you can enjoy the breathtaking scenery and from the roof terrace offers spectacular 360 degree views of Schlei, Baltic Sea and Marina. The Baltic Sea is just a swim ladder away and the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort within walking distance. In the dark season provide underfloor heating and sauna comfort, because on board, the wellness program must not be missed. In addition to the harbor cinema, the Smart TV with home entertainment program provides entertainment ... What do you want sea?

This floating house has three levels and can accommodate six people. Upstairs is the open plan living and dining area with water view, fully equipped kitchen and adjoining terrace. From here you get to the spectacular roof terrace with views over the sailing and marina, the Schlei and its mouth in the Baltic Sea. Equipped with high-quality garden furniture and Weber electric grill the terraces offer pure holiday feeling and breathtaking sunsets.

The relaxation area of the house is on the ground floor with two bedrooms, bathroom and sauna. The master bedroom scores with a floor-to-ceiling panoramic window, through which the breathtaking water can be enjoyed and an adjacent surrounding terrace. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), the second bedroom with two single beds. Two more sleeping spaces are on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area.

Of course, when you take a sauna or brush your teeth, you will also see the sea and swans swimming by.

If you want to travel by boat, this is the place for you. Directly at the house is a private mooring with shore power and water.

A private parking space is located directly on the jetty.

Our favorite spot: relax with a sundowner on the rooftop terrace ... enjoy the holiday and the sunset. And with a little luck, you will also spot jumping porpoises in the harbor basin.

The OstseeResort Olpenitz and the sailing and marina are located in the development. Therefore, it should be noted that there may be construction activities on the site.
