This gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bath villa is located in Hawaii's premier KoOlina Beach Resort in the gated community.

Your vacation starts as you enter the gate, surrounded by beautiful palm trees and the gorgeous KoOlina LPGA-level golf course.

Convenience is at your doorstep. The inviting gated pool and soothing jacuzzi are just a one-minute walk away, and BBQs are at the ready. Four amazing white sand beach lagoons are just past the edge of the golf course that aligns with the subdivision.

The villa features comfortable, high-end quality furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and modern appliances, and all linens are provided. It features an open floor plan (large living room/dining room/kitchen area, expanded cable with 55' flat-screen TV, and a DVD player). A spacious lanai with a table and seating is off the living room and overlooks beautiful green space.

The master bedroom with a king bed has two closets (one is a large walk-in closet) and a large double sink bathroom with a shower/tub. All bedding and linens are provided and extremely comfortable.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet with extra linens, a color 32' flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The 3rd bedroom features two double beds, a large closet, and a beautiful tropical ceiling fan.

A full-sized washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. Expanded Spectrum Cable TV and fast and secure wireless internet are great for homeschooling or working from home if you must.

The private and gated pool area with a waterfall, children’s section, jacuzzi, lounge chairs, and covered grilling/dining area is a 1-minute walk away. The villa is within walking distance of KoOlina's amazing golf course, Roy’s restaurant, and four beautiful Koolina beach lagoons (8-12 min walk).

Beautiful KoOlina

For a small or large family, nothing beats this condo and location. The space was large and comfortable and within walking distance to each lagoon and the three major hotels. You can take a shortcut through the adjacent property to reach the marketplace, Four Seasons (fantastic food and spa), Aulani, and the first two lagoons. Walk through Roys for lagoon 3 and the main road for lagoon 4. We wish we didn’t have to leave.

Excellent Property

This property was clean and extremely comfortable. We felt right at home immediately. There were plenty of amenities.. everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the bedding was high quality. The bath towels were fluffy and large. There were plenty of large beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys/snorkel gear. The kitchen amenities included a variety of small appliances, quality pots/pans, baking supplies, crockpot, and 3 different types of coffee pots to meet everyone's need. The living room furniture was comfy and sat us comfortably for watching TV or relaxing after a long day. The lanai has a nice table with 4 chairs to enjoy meals outdoors, a morning cup of coffee, or an evening cocktail. Kathi, our host, was very helpful and a great communicator. We had a small maintenance issue that she addressed immediately. The condo was large enough for a family or multiple couples traveling together. The bedrooms were of ample sized with lots of storage space/closets. Our stay was wonderful and would definitely stay again!

We love Ko Olina!

We have stayed in Ko Olina many times. In the past we have always stayed at either the Marriott timeshare or at Disney Aulani. This time we decided to go for a month and rented this lovely condo. In terms of age/condition/cleanliness I would say it's very comparable to the Marriott property. The big advantage to the condo is getting more space to stretch out. Plus, being in the condo community gave us some sense of normalcy as we worked and did high school remotely. Yes the Wi-fi was just fine for multiple Zoom meetings at once. The one wi-fi issue I noticed (but kids didn't mention) is more of an island wide issue and that is latency not seen on the mainland. So I do a lot of my work on the cloud - like our data server and our email Exchange server. There was slight delays there but I do believe it had nothing to do with the wi-fi of this condo. Just mentioning this so you know the wi-fi is as good as it reasonably can be on the islands based on my research. Again, multiple Zoom meetings going at once and we were all fine. Of course, you aren't just there for the wi-fi right!? The pool was great but closed after one week for a complete renovation. It was closed 3 weeks and I am sure will be awesome now. It's probably a 150-200 feet to the pool. I heard re-plastering, new BBQs, new chairs, etc.... Plus they have a hot tub and big cabanas you can reserve for no charge. Also, they do have Wifi at the pool though we didn't use it. I did most of my work on the back patio which is completely shaded all day. About 9:00 am the sun came in from the west but as long as I stayed tucked against the slider I had no sun in my face. The patio turned out to be the place I spent the most time working, reading, relaxing. With the pool closed we walked to the beach every day. I think the lagoon at Disney is the closest. It's probably 10-15 minutes depending on how fast you walk. That's a good one as you go by the ABC Country Store so can pick up a sandwich or a drink on the way. We usually went to the Marriott beach as it was a little less crowded and perhaps a little bigger!? It was about a 15 minute walk. The Marriott bar is right there if you want an afternoon cocktail. Officially no alcohol on the beach though. Wink wink. Back at the condo we ate most of our meals there and the kitchen is well equipped. In fact, the whole condo was well equipped. Oh ya, I went to the gym every day. It was a 10 minute walk. Overall- great stay! Mahalo!

I stayed in Kathi's condo for over a month. She is a easy person to deal with. We noticed that TV was broken and she replaced it. Also during our stay the coffee maker stopped working and she didn't have any problems replacing it. The condo has everything you need to make you enjoy Hawaii. Kitchen has everything for meal preparation as well as beach towels and baby stuff. If you are traveling to Oahu with a baby, Kathi's place will be ideally for your stay.

Perfect

Both Mary and Kathi were a pleasure to deal with. Villa was set up with everything you would need, insta pot, slow cooker, rice cooker and all your basic kitchen requirements. Previous guests leave purchased items they can’t take home with them for the next guests to use and Mary and Kathi leave them in the garage (coolers, boogie boards, fishing rods, sun umbrellas, beach chairs, etc.). You really don’t need to buy much in that regard. It was so nice at the end of a long day to have the space to relax in your own room instead of being cramped in a hotel room. Great location! Easy walk to a small nearby town and close walk to multiple beaches!

The house was perfectly located and made going around very easy! The pool was a one minute walk away which made it very convenient with an infant! Kitchen was well stocked didn’t have to worry about anything

Convenient, family-friendly

We loved staying here with our toddler, walking to the beach and going to the pool every day! The house is clean and nice, with plenty of room for a family, and lots of toys and accessories for kids.

Great property

Excellent property with everything you need. Golf buggy made it easy to get around. Gated estate made you feel safe although Ko Olina itself is as safe as you could get. Situated next to immaculate golf course . The beach coves are easy to get to even during the school holiday period that was current for us . You need a car to tour rest of island but a good base to start from away from Waikiki crowd. When driving speed limits and the use of blinkers seem optional. A new lock box for house key is needed as we had a lot of trouble opening it this was the only gliche for us. House had plenty of room and comfortable rooms .Enjoy Karin & Laurie

Peace and Quiet

A spectacular condo in a very peaceful setting. The pool is just steps away and a fantastic start to the day. The condo is clean, nicely furnished and fully equipped for fixing a nice dinner and dining al fresco. I would highly recommend this condo as a wonderful place to stay in Oahu. Donna

A very nice home in quite Ko Olina

Two couples arrived at Ko Olina, looking for sun and a place to celebrate our wedding anniversaries on 1/13. Our trip proved to be perfect. The 3 bedroom condo was clean and well equipped. The surrounding grounds are well manicured. If golf is your thing, the nearby course looks to be challenging and in excellent condition. We found two great restaurants nearby, Ray's (in the golf course clubhouse) and ?? (the one at the Marriott). Both offered great seafood meals. Espresso drinks in the morning were nearby. Staying in Ko Olina also makes daily trips to the North Shore very easy...less than 1/2 hour away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A Wondurful Condo for a GREAT Family Vacation

This was our 8th trip to Oahu and our 6th to Ko Olina - a wonderful location to use as a base to tour Oahu, decompress and most of all to enjoy our family in a stress-free environment. The location of the condo is excellent, but more importantly it is well furnished, well equipped and spotless. We thoroughly appreciated the planning and attentiveness that Kathi has gone to in preparing and maintaining the condo - this takes a lot of work! This is a quiet, peaceful area well suited for families that want to enjoy the beautiful beaches and lagoons. We like Ko Olina as a great place for a quiet family vacation, but we also use it as a base to go around the island, and even perhaps to grab dinner and a movie in Kapolei, which is only 10 minutes away. The condo was adequately spacious for all six of us (adults). We also sincerely appreciated the prompt attention and ease of the business end of making the arrangements with Mary and Kathi - the importance of this can not be underestimated! Thank you Kathi and Mary - we had a great family vacation. We plan to return!

Excellent condo

We just returned from our time in Oahu. We can't say enough good things about this condo. It was so homey and comfortable. There was plenty of room and it was well furnished. The location was a perfect match for us. It was peaceful, laid back and beautiful. Kathy and Mary could not have been more helpful and prompt in helping us to book the condo, check in easily and take care of anything we needed from them. We thank you for an amazing accommodation and for making this wonderful place available. We hope to come back soon! By the way, the golf cart was great and helped a lot!

Loved it!

We had seven adults and one child. The property was perfect. It was spacious enough for all of us and we'll maintained. The beds were super comfy, and the bathrooms were of a good size. The property was in walking distance of all 4 lagoons and there is public parking at each lagoon too if you prefer to drive. The pool was so nice! It wasn't your normal square chlorine pool, it looked like a natural water are and even had a little waterfall structure in it. There are plenty of good options at any of the nearby resorts, or you could drive the 8 miles into the nearest town. For those that like to shop, I found an awesome outlet mall twenty min away. The owner was great to work with. we arrived very late due to plane delays and she let my daughter who lives in Oahu, to check in for us. I would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation of a lifetime!

We loved everything about this property! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for our family of five– our three children each had their own bed! Traveling with a family was made easy with all the comforts of home. We were able shop at the nearby Costco and cook some meals at “home” in the fully equipped kitchen. And, because we knew there was a washer/dryer in the unit, we packed fewer clothes and were able to use only carry-on luggage, which saved us time at the airport. The community pool and Jacuzzi was right around the corner. We used the unit’s golf cart to make the short drive to the 4 amazing lagoons and went snorkeling with sea turtles and tons of beautiful tropical fish. The golf cart came in handy because there is very little parking for full-sized cars at each lagoon. Sand toys, snorkel gear and beach towels were all provided at the property. Our vacation was incredibly relaxing. We were far enough away to avoid the crowds of Waikiki, yet close enough to make the short trip to see Pearl Harbor and hike Diamond Head. Plus, Paradise Cove Luau was only minutes away. We did so many amazing things– this will be a vacation our family will never forget! The owner was very responsive and helpful before, during and after our stay. We would highly recommend this property to families looking for some much-needed rest & relaxation. We can't wait to go back!

Made for a Wonderful Vacation

We really enjoyed ourselves staying at this property. We have stayed in serveral over the past years and this property I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Felt secure, loved the location and the lagoons are fantastic.
