Awaiting you in this tropical paradise is a luxurious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo that has everything you need to relax and enjoy your time in Hawaii. Nothing was spared in this fully equipped and fabulously appointed condo, whether it be to read a book in comfort and luxury, cook a gourmet meal, or enjoy a beautiful sunset from the lanai in the gated community of Kai Lani at Ko Olina. To add to your enjoyment, nearby are fabulous amenities such as championship golf, tennis, Pickleball, fine dining, or full service spas. There are four beautiful lagoons to snorkel with a multitude of colorful fish, or just relax on the beach. All within walking distance.

Nearby, you will find the Marina at Ko Olina where you may charter a deep sea fishing boat, an excursion to a pristine reef to snorkel or scuba dive with dolphins and turtles, or to take a sunset cruise. Or if you prefer, the Paradise Cove Luau offers a taste of the real Hawaii.

Your fully equipped gourmet kitchen features everything you need with granite countertops and plenty of cabinet space. The living room has a full couch, two comfortable chairs, a coffee table and a large SmartTV. There is free high speed Wi-Fi connection throughout the unit.

The master suite is beautifully appointed with a king size bed, dresser, two nightstands, and a SmartTV. the master bath includes a large walk-in closet along with a double sink vanity with granite counter tops. A door separates the bath/shower/toilet area in the master bathroom from the sinks. The second and third bedrooms each have queen beds, dressers, large closets, and a TV as well. The condo also incudes a washer and dryer. The lanai, which walks onto the grass, has a round patio table with four comfortable chairs for outdoor living.

If you desire the best of Hawaii, with the amenities of a 5 Star resort, and lushly appointed grounds, then this Kai Lani condo is for you. Please kindly note, according to the local rules, we will be hosting only one group of guests every month. Enjoy your fantastic vacation! Mahalo.

Monica was amazing! Was ultra conservative and super friendly, fast at responding. It was a great trip. So fast to walk to restaurants and a great overall location . We will definitely be back!

The hosts were wonderful communicators and answered any questions we had promptrly. The condo was spacious and comfortable and well stocked with beach needs (towels, chairs, umbrellas etc.). It is also in easy walking distance of the Ko' Olina shops and restaurants. Having this lovely condo to relax in helped make our vacation perfect!

A Most Relaxing Stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Kai Lani. The condo is well eqipped and and clean. The Kapolei area has all that you mght desire. Good restaurants and shopping are but a short drive away. We enjoyed our morning walks along the KoOlina lagoons. We miss Kai Lani already, and we look forward to our next stay.

We, a family of 4 adults, had a great time at Ocean View Condo. The location is excellent, within walking distance of 4 lagoons, and there is a little shopping/restaurant precinct nearby, also within walking distance. There is easy access to Hawaii Interstate 1, so ideally placed for exploring all of Oahu. The condo is beutifully furnished, uncluttered and very practical, with plenty of space for 4 adults. The views from the lanai (patio) are stunning. The kitchen is very modern and has everything you could wish for. There are 2 big bathrooms, too.Monica was a great host, easy check in instructions, and she made sure we were settled in.Can highly recommend Ocean View Condo to other travellers!Matt & family, from Scotland

Great location

Ingrid is wonderful the condo feels like home it has everything you will need during your stay. There are plenty of places near by to get groceries so that you won’t have to eat out every day but there are also restaurants close by if you don’t want to cook! Paradise cove Is in walking distance and a must see if you are looking for a luau!

Ko'Olina Paradise

Kai Lani is such a beautiful property and Unit 15D is fabulous. Monica was incredibly easy to communicate with and the condo amenities are wonderful - very well stocked with everything a family could want in terms of beach/snorkling gear. The pool is top notch and the ocean is in full view and less than a five minute stroll away. Shops and restaurants are a short walking distance as well. We explored the island and were never more than 40 minutes from our destination. We look forward to returning to this beautiful home away from home. All in all, this condo is perfection!

What wonderful memories were created with this stay.

The adults were all over 80 years old, so the place was wonderfully comfortable and quiet. We spent time with family in Hawaii in creating first time memories for the elders of the family to meet their great grand children. We had more than enough space to gather in the house and at the pool. The beautiful lagoon beach perfect place to go to for our daily morning walks. Thank you to Ingrid for her kind hospitality and showing my family the meaning of "aloha". Ingrid is definitely on my list as my favorite host in Hawaii. Mahalo...from the Miura, Chin and Lee family.

Just Perfect

This is the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at! We have had the best stay. Ingrid is wonderfully welcoming and helpful. Everything is there that you need. Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, pots, plates, glasses, blender, coffee maker etc you need. There’s a good amount of freezer space too. In the garage there are all sorts of pool toys (pool is a very short walk away from this unit), there’s a bike or two, a couple of wagons for taking all your stuff to the nearby lagoons, beach chairs, cool boxes. There’s good snorkeling nearby and lovely restaurants (lovely Mexican and the Monkey Pod restaurant is delicious too) and of course the four lagoons. We watched whales many times while sitting on the lanai. And the sunsets! Blissful. We were staying while the weather wasn’t fantastic, very rainy and windy some days - but the weather always seemed so much better in Ko’Olina than other parts of the island. Everything is easily accessible from Ko’Olina. Safeway and Costco are close by to get all your essentials and ABC walkable from the unit. We will definitely be back to stay here. We’ve loved every minute and were pretty grumpy when we had to leave.

Family Get Away

This property was a great space with an amazing view of ocean from the lanai, and the landscaping was just breathtaking. It was walking distance to many beaches and restaurants. We swam with turtles almost every day in a nearby lagoon. Ingrid was so welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

What a find! The property was clean, spacious and close to everything you need. The beach (Paradise Cove) was a 10 minute walk at most, although we preferred Lagoon 1 which was a further 5-10mins. The property had a fantastic sea view, you can watch the amazing sunset from the lanai. The complex has a pool which was only steps away. The pool was clean and never too busy to find a lounger and shade. we enjoyed evening swims there. The accommodation was large enough for our party of 6 and provided a number of useful extras such as a beach trolley/cart and flippers/snorkels/boogie boards/cooler/beach chairs. Whilst Ingrid was away Wolfgang looked after us well, on hand if we had any questions and immediately fixed a minor problem for us when we informed him. The only thing worth pointing out is that it is located on the west coast. This itself isn't a problem, its beautiful and almost guaranteed good weather, but it requires a drive across the island if you were intending to visit places such as diamond head, koko hoead, waikiki, manoa falls etc. We found the traffic on the highway can get busy around pearl harbour every day. Just needs a little planning and early starts :) I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this location again, I miss it already. Thank you so much to Wolfgang and Ingrid.

Kai Lani

Kai Lani is a beautiful area with easy access to the coves, shops and highways. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai and we even saw whales during our dinner one night! The wagon, chairs and beach toys were amazing to have access to. Thank you Ingrid for your hospitality!

Trip of a Lifetime!

This condo unit and the complex were spectacular! The space, furnishings, and amenities of the unit were all we could hope for while the pool was a dream for swimming (every day). The only suggestion would be longer pool hours! Ultimately, we would return without hesitation!

Perfect Location, Perfect Sunset

My husband and I along with my daughter and her boyfriend had a great time! The condo had everything we needed to make us feel like home, and it was close to where my family lives. We watched the sunset from the patio everyday. We even did a family photo shoot down by the beach. The only issue was the parking. We had a truck and a small SUV, and we could barely get the SUV in the one car garage. Other than that, Ingrid was really nice!! Would stay there again.

A wonderful stay and a wonderful owner

We had a truly lovely 3-month stay at Ingrid’s well-appointed 3BR condo. It was our transition place after moving to Oahu full-time, and Ingrid was a wonderful host. There were a couple of small hiccups with the appliances, but she took care of them immediately. She’s very responsive, reliable, and trustworthy. The location is great, and the property is very well maintained. We couldn’t have picked a better place. Two big thumbs up.

We are Monica & Gerry from Park City, UT. We love the mountains and the ocean. Over the years we have fallen in love with Ko Olina and decided to purchase this beautiful townhome for our visits and to share the love with others.

Ko Olina is special. Trust us. The location is centralized to everything Oahu has to offer, and the neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, and full of life and activity when you want it. We love to walk along the lagoons, go snorkeling at Paradise Cove or Electric Beach, play golf, relax with a book on the beach, and watch our daily sunset at Secret Beach. Oahu has amazing water activities, weather, hiking, golf, restaurants, sunsets, and people.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We had rented in Kai Lani many times before we purchased this unit. Our property is unique because it has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a nice updated kitchen, and has new flooring and paint throughout. The furnishings are high end and the beds are all very comfortable. The ocean view from our lanai is perfect for your morning coffee or happy hour drink, and it is a wonderful place to work remotely if need be. We hope you enjoy Kai Lani 15D as much as we do!
