Lounge in the yard by the pool and hot tub and enjoy the outdoor fireplace during our winter season, built-in BBQ and basketball court along with a half court for pickleball. We are located in a walkable neighborhood with incredible views and convenient to local attractions and shopping: the beautiful hiking trails of Sabino Canyon is a 12 minute drive, Finger Rock Trail is a 2 minute drive, 5 minutes to La Encantada, AJ's Market, True Food, North Italia, Apple, Safeway, Traders Joe's, CVS and Starbucks. We are surrounded by the beautiful Catalina Mountains and less than a 20 minute drive from downtown, where you have many restaurant options for casual and fine dining, University of Arizona Centennial Hall for theatre and lot's of quaint Tucson shops.

Drive into the circular driveway with the beautiful Catalina Mountain setting. Enter into a large open foyer with huge picture windows overlooking the lush tropical backyard with bubbling fountain, palm trees, pool, hot tub and mountain view. If you like to cook you will love the fully stocked chefs kitchen; 6 burner gas stove and double ovens, huge island with seating and plenty of counter space for cooking. Our large kitchen/banco area can seat 8 comfortably when gathering with family and friends for meals.

Enter the backyard through the wide open Pella sliding doors in family room and enjoy the outdoors in the backyard with the abundant amount of seating, lounging and eating areas in the sun and shade; the wood burning fireplace in the colder months is surrounded by comfortable oversized rocking chairs and table to enjoy a cup of coffee in the early morning or cheeseboard with wine in the evening around the cozy fire. When you are ready to prepare dinner for the family, the BBQ grill is convenient to serve dinner on the outdoor patio or pool area. The ramada offers comfortable Adirondack seating overlooking the sparkling pool with additional pool floats to relax upon, lounge chairs to recline and rest in, dining table and chairs to enjoy a meal poolside while taking in the view.

If you are coming to enjoy outdoor recreation in the area, we are located near Sabino Canyon, full of acres of hiking, trail running and swimming during the monsoon season. Finger Rock Hiking Trail is just minutes away with spectacular views too! Mt. Lemmon is about a 45 minute scenic drive to the very top with lots of hiking trails and incredible views of the valley. All year you can visit the town of Summer Haven at the very top for amazing pies, pizza and cookies.

Every room in the house has large windows either overlooking the lush backyard and mountains or the beautiful tucson desert bringing in the beautiful sunshine we have here all year long. Our backyard offers you a resort like atmosphere but in the privacy of your own home where you can feel relaxed with a sense of serenity and privacy.

The kitchen family room combination offers an open floor plan, where guests can gather, cooking and relaxing by the fire or watching TV on the cozy leather sofa. The Pella sliding doors when open feel like you are bringing the outside in. Great for all year round entertaining. A laundry room is off the kitchen with sink, cabinet storage and closet housing pool towels.

Full functioning office with WIFI, printer, cabinets and wall to wall desks for your laptops.
There is a Peloton Bike in this office area for those that would like to workout and cycle (Please have your personal account info to sign in and please bring cycling shoe). The home is equipped with surround sound speakers to enjoy your music (Sonos system installed, just download the app on your smart phone!)

This home is 4200 square feet with a split floor plan. Primary Master Suite, Secondary Master Suite, 2 Guest Bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms, 1 Half Bathroom and Office/Desk area. The spacious primary suite includes a Temperpedic king bed, large club chair with ottoman, large flat screen with Apple TV and cable channels, large dressing room, full bath with double sinks, soaking tub and large walk-in shower with 2 Grohe shower heads. The spacious secondary master suite includes a king bed, club chair with ottoman, large flat screen TV and writing desk and chair. There is a room adjacent to the secondary master suite with a Queen size pullout bed and armoire for your personal belongings. The dressing area and full bath with shower/tub and vanity are shared with suite and pullout. Two of the guest bedrooms have double beds with memory foam mattresses, leather club chairs, flat screen TV and large closets. These guest rooms share a full bath with shower/tub and vanity.

***If hot tub is not in use during your stay, please replace hot tub cover due to water evaporation. Low water levels can cause the motor to severely burn out.
