Kitchen and Dining Area
This condo features an open concept kitchen, dining and living area. This kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare meals and enjoy your meals either at the dining room table, breakfast bar, our out on the patio!

Living Room
The living room features a gorgeous wall of windows that open up to the balcony overlooking the water. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for kids or extra guests, and a flat screen tv with access to Netflix and cable television. (Fireplace not usable. Complex rules)

Master Suite
The Master Suite features a King Size bed, and also features a wall of windows that opens up to the waterfront balcony. Find yourself nostalgic laying down to rest after a long day of play, listening to the sounds of water crashing on the shore. The master suite also has a large master bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combo with glass doors.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features two twin over full bunk beds, making this unit perfect for families with kids or larger groups!

The second bathroom has a single vanity sink, and also has a shower/tub combo with glass doors.

Outside
Spend your morning and evenings soaking in the views of the main channel from the screened in patio that runs the length of the unit. Also enjoy access to two swimming pools, a tennis court, fitness center, and boat slip if needed!

Dock
The dock is right in front of the unit, and there is a 12x28 boat slip available for rent for an additional fee.

Neighborhood Description
The Emerald Bay Condominium Complex is located just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, which offers amazing restaurants, family fun, and nightlife experiences. Just a hop and a skip away from all the shopping bars and dining experiences of Osage Beach.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
