Welcome to this adorable, ranch-style, single-family home in Dodds Addition South Rehoboth Beach! Conveniently situated between Rehoboth and Dewey, you are just a walk or short drive to either beach these amazing towns have to offer. This is a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything.

Delight yourself with meals alfresco in the screened porch furnished with an eight-person outdoor dining area and a comfortable lounge area. Warm-weather barbecues are ideal, thanks to the gas grill available. Although there is a fenced yard for the doggies, there is no entrance from the home to this area.

We love everything about the house - the property managers are excellent, the house has everything you need and is clean and cozy. Location wise? phenomenal! It's a 3/4 mile walk downtown. The neighbors are warm and welcoming. We enjoyed it so much, we came back in 2025!

Read the fine print -only dogs less than 25 pounds are allowed. The problem is the fence will allow small dogs to get through the slats easily and there are many bunnies for the dogs to chase. Unfortunately, theyā€™ll chase them right through the fence! The porch is fantastic. large living room area. The beds definitely need to be upgraded. The walk to the beaches a little longer than ā€œ10ā€ minutes. We just ended up driving. Overall quiet neighborhood, although it is quite close to route one.

We had an amazing week in Rehoboth. The house was super close to our favorite part of the beach and to town. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The kitchen was so cute!!! We cooked many amazing meals there and screened in porch was great to have for morning coffee and evening relaxing. We would definitely stay there again. The only downside was the bedding. It looks a lot nicer in the images than it was in real life. But honestly, that was minor.

Great Location

The location of this house made it easy to walk to Rehoboth or Dewey. Early morning walks on the boardwalk and evening strolls into Dewey for ice cream. The house has plenty of sleeping spaces with plenty of linens. The kitchen was fully stocked for eating and cooking along with a grill outside. The large screen porch was great for relaxing bug free and playing cards. The house is at the end of a street with no outlet. Very quiet and an easy walk around with our two dogs. We will definitely come back.

Great home!

We loved staying in this home. The front screened in area was awesome! We felt like we had lots of extra space. The place was walkable to town and beach. There was also an available parking pass to park down by the beach which was really helpful. Beds were comfortable. Shower heads could be updated but honestly such a minor update on an overall awesome experience! We would rent here again!

Nice house, great location

We loved this little house. The living room and kitchen were open, nicely decorated, ample seating. Loved having two full baths. The screened front porch is a real plus, large, with plenty of seating and a large dining table. Little fenced back yard for the dog, which we didn't use, but the neighborhood is very walkable for dogs, and a fairly short walk into town. Love this place, would rent again!

Nice little house, lovely walkable neighborhood

We loved this house! We brought our dog and he loved it too. Easy to walk him in the neighborhood and beyond into town. There's an inclosure in back if you need a break from walking, ours is an escape artist and pretty sure he could have made his way out of there, so we didn't use that. There is a fabulous, large, screened front porch with easy access to the kitchen and living room with comfortable spacious furniture and a big dining table, you could entertain 10 people easily on that porch. Would definitely rebook.

If you're looking for a quiet, charming retreat by the beach, this place is an absolute gem.The decor strikes a perfect balance between rustic and modern, with thoughtful touches that make it feel like home. Everything was clean and comfortable.One of the highlights was the screened-in porchā€”perfect for sipping coffee or a glass of wine while watching the bunnies hop around the lot across the way. It felt like our own little nature show, right outside the door.The location couldn't be betterā€”just steps from the sand or boardwalk with a peaceful vibe that makes it ideal for couples, solo travelers, or anyone in need of a reset. Restaurants and small shops are close enough to walk to, but far enough to keep things tranquil.Local management reached out a few hours after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed.All in all, this is one of those places you almost donā€™t want to tell too many people aboutā€”because it's just that special.

Girls Weekend

WE loved the screened in porch, and the spaces for sleeping to accommodate 5 adults with plenty of room. The location in the neighborhood was very quiet and an easy mile walk into town/to the beach. Many delicious restaurants and a variety shops to choose from and close to the Tanger Outlets.

Excellent GF Getaway Abode!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this amazing home! Where to start? The house was beautiful. Appearance wise, it was cozy, well stocked with supplies and clean. We had everything we needed in the way of linens and gadgets. The beds were comfy. The screen porch, which everyone raves about, is all they say it is! We spent most of our time at the house in the porch! The neighborhood is quiet (what we like!) and we met some pretty amazing people walking dogs! A doable one mile walk to Rehoboth Ave. We had some pretty stellar experiences at the house - aurora borealis and fresh honey - all curtesy of our friendly neighbors! The property managers (Vacasa) - Shout out for the best customer service we have ever had on any house rental (and we have rented in the area before and in other countries!) Vacasa was amazing. Great customer service and responsive. We are already booking for next year!

Thank you for sharing your lovely house. Everything was great. Only suggestion is to trim the bush next to stair railing leading up to the porch door, as it made the railing unusable for when my mother visited. (She needs a railing). We worked around it

We came for the volleyball tournament and loved having an outdoor shower for post beach clean up The porch was lovely and we enjoyed morning coffee out there and sat late into the night playing cards and enjoying the space. Great place for friends to hang out or families to enjoy a Rehoboth visit

Anna B on Memorial Day Weekend

The parking on the driveway was key on this busy weekend. The walk to the beach (public access on Chesapeake) was a little farther than we anticipated, but we would do a car drop off/pick up of chairs and cooler. The porch sittinā€™ was awesome and there were enough pots and pans in the kitchen to get all the meals we had planned made. It was about as clean as we expected a dog-friendly rental to be.
